Intro: for context. I’m a mom of 3 kids under 3 and I love 1.5 hours from this dealership. It’s not easy for me to sit for long periods of time as the dealership goes th I’m a mom of 3 kids under 3 and I love 1.5 hours from this dealership. It’s not easy for me to sit for long periods of time as the dealership goes through their “circus” of sales/mamagers/upsell routine. I was honest with each person about what my constraints were and appreciated the empathic ones who adapted their preferred processes to ease my buying experience. (Finance coming to me rather than making me move desk to desk and back again with twins and toddler!) The good: Vashir (sp)? Who was personable, not pushy and easy to talk with. He single handily saved this sale. A wealth of knowledge; honest even? Hard to find in a car sales guy. Highly recommend. Sandra, the finance manger who was patient and worked with me and my partner, answering endless questions after she should have gone home. She got the deal done. I appreciated her empathy and professionalism. Matt: The manager who heard my frustration and offered solutions after my 5th call to finance in one day to try to find out the details of my deal. Thank you for listening. You handled the situation like an empathetic professional. The Bad: “Eddie” the manger I spoke to after Vashir had gone home, who argued with me about something on my contract I wanted removed. I stood my ground and he changed his tune from “it’s all good”, to “yes ma’am, we can make that happen for you”. If he had been the manager to close on the deal earlier, I would have walked away from the deal. “Mani”, the finance manager who happened to be the one to pick up my file when I called to find out the status of my financing. After a couple terse (and frustrating got both parties) calls, I asked to deal with a different finance manager. I can understand that it’s hard to come to a file midway through, but a dismissal like, “ I don’t know what’s going on with your file”, does not offer the client the assurance that you are the professional you claim to be. If you need a minute or you need to pass me off/back, just communicate that. The dealership: Not sure where the ball was dropped but I feel I had to really help this process along as I felt that no one was really supporting my file to get to finished and sold. I’ve never had that experience with a dealership not wanting to see the customer get their vehicle. I had to call in multiple times, explain and speak to multiple people to get what I needed to know about the status of the sale. When we finally sat down with Emilie to sign the paperwork, it was clear that we had a reputation - as we were moved through the signing process quickly. I am glad that I took the extra time to review all of the lines of the contract and bill of sale as the $699 I had spoke (argued!) with Eddy about removing- was not removed! Emilie took care of it. I feel like I sold myself this car. I am very happy with my purchase. More

Emilie was great at doing her best to get me the best prices for the options I was looking for - ceramic coat, undercoat, and rust protection. The cost of the extended warranty turned out to be too far above my budget, but I know she did her best to try to make it work for me. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter in the spring of 2023 at Go NISSAN South and my experience at that time made me return! More
