TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't waste your time here. brought our car in for service, left with no repairs and 2 diagnostic inspection bills. the service lady was rude. So we're doing 2 things here: taking our vehicle somewhere else (forever) and selling the Nissan to buy KIA which has a better service Department. More

If there is something else that needs to be done with my car, they always ask before proceeding and they are very transparent with the prices. They have even done minor repairs for free. More
Best employee at Nissan I went to the dealershop for the second service on my rogue 2017. Nick has helped us and accommodated everything to our satisfactory. Avoid Go Nissan South Don't go Nissan Go South. I bought new Nissan Rogue from them and found a crack at my windshield in 15-30 min after taking. Went to show them and they Don't go Nissan Go South. I bought new Nissan Rogue from them and found a crack at my windshield in 15-30 min after taking. Went to show them and they were not even try to talk to me and very rude and refuses to fix it that may cost less than $100. I will never ever go there for oil change also. More
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ONLY CARES PROFITS, DO NOT WASTE TIME! TERRIBLE! I went to Go Nissan South to test drive a car advertised on their website. After trying it out, I determined there was an issue with the TERRIBLE! I went to Go Nissan South to test drive a car advertised on their website. After trying it out, I determined there was an issue with the brakes. My sales associate, Tarik, brought in a sales manager who offered to fix the brakes as a condition of the purchase, however, I told them they need to complete the work in a satisfactory manner. I was also contacted by Punit, who simply reiterated my conversations with Tarik. The next day they informed me the parts had been received and the work would be completed for the next day. We agreed to have me test the repair, agreed to a price for the car, and I made a deposit on the vehicle. Later that day, I was called by the dealership since the vehicle had been sold to another patron. The dealership did not care about the time I had spent with them or on the phone. A few days later I was contacted by their Product Manager, Brandon. He ensured me they had a similar vehicle at a local car lot and the car would be rushed to their dealership. They offered to pick me up so that I can test the vehicle. After being told they can't pick me up, he offered to bring the vehicle to my house. This also didn't happen, as they had now informed me another patron had put a deposit on the vehicle. I was confused as to why my deposit was pointless yet the second vehicle was restricted. Then Kody, the General Manager called me, only to say I can purchase something else on their lot, but nothing was similar to the one I was looking at. He mentioned their was nothing at the auctions similar to what I wanted and the vehicle was a "unicorn" (yet I had once "purchased" that vehicle). This dealership was a waste of time, and contacting the Go Auto team did not help either. TERRIBLE! More

Twice a Year Visit I come twice a year to get my tires seasonally switched and an oil change . Staff are always friendly and helpful .
