Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience We went in with a used vehicle pre-selected and was greeted by an older gentleman (said he was from NWT, but can't remember his name). From here, it w We went in with a used vehicle pre-selected and was greeted by an older gentleman (said he was from NWT, but can't remember his name). From here, it went downhill. Quickly. We test drove the vehicle and decided that we liked it, and wanted to go forward with numbers. So, the salesman asked some questions and we informed him that my fiance (who was applying) was on the lower end of the credit score (no repos or bankruptcy mind you) but we had some money to put down if required. So he went off to talk with his manager and came back with "oh yeahhhh, we won't be able to help you". They didn't send in an app to any banks, they didn't ask for a down payment; co signer (which i could have done with my good credit), nothing. nothing at all. There were bluntly unwilling to work with us or help us at all. And on top of that, we felt like the salesman began to be condescending once he knew she didn't have the best credit rating. Needless to say we moved on and went elsewhere, getting an approval in place with 0 down within 3 hours of entering the other dealership. Moral of the story, this place is only interested in serving the customers that suit them and are not dedicated to customer service as you'd expect from a place that you're about to give 20K to! we won't be back. Good job! More

I finannced a pre owned vehicle from ho nissan south. Bc told me that my new to me vehicle would be detailed. I finished the financing paperwork and registration and insurance. I had asked if my vehicle would be ok there on nissans property for the the next week to ten days as i was working and could not pick up the vehicle right away I was assured my vehicle would be tucked away in a safe spot on nissans property .. they offered to deliver my car for to my house a couple hours away . I was happy and said yes. I drive by the dealer ship twice a day for work. I drove by and could see my car parked at royal pizza about a block away from the dealership all frozen and frost covered. I contacted the dealerand asked them why my vehicle was at royal pizza and they had told me it was there ready for delivery the next day. I went by and looked at my vehicle which had still not been detailed like i was promised. It had mud down the door panel and dirt all over the floors. I spoke to the dealer again at this point and they told me i could bring my vehicle to the dealer right away and they would make sure it was ckeaned and detailed. My car was delivered the next day to my home. I arrived back home two days after my vehicle was delivered and it would not start. I contacted the dealership and they said they would send out a new battery and a tech to get me fixed up. I asked if they had forgotten that i was two hours out of town. They said oh right. And told me i could go buy a new battery and they would reemburse me. And at this point i hadent even been able to start my new car since it was in my possession. the battery that was in the car was the original battery to the car as well. I purchased the battery almost a week ago and have sent copies of my reciept to both of the sales people that i have been dealing with and have sent several messages. And am still getting no response anymore as to any resolution to this situation. Honestly im quite dissapointed in the end result and would hope that the dealer would make this right for me. I did also tell the sales that i was dealing with that i would be a repeat customer and send referals . But at this point I wont be returning to go nisaan south. Or refering any one i know to this dealership. More
Very sad experience I bought a used car from Go Nissan, they provided 3 months complete guarantee. one month later a grinding noise came from the hood. I went to them and asked for the service,then they shown actual face,they refused the free service. This is a kind information and warning for all who don't want to get cheated like me. More

We ended up with Nissan Qashqai as the dealer made a very good deal with all maintenance and protection packages for this one. More
