Good experience Good: Very friendly staff, no pressure during the sale. Poor Management / misleading warranty programs I am a repeat customer of Go Nissan South, purchasing three vehicles. Up until this week (April 22, 2019) the service has been exceptional. Shout out I am a repeat customer of Go Nissan South, purchasing three vehicles. Up until this week (April 22, 2019) the service has been exceptional. Shout out to Nick in service! This changed this week when I brought in 1 of 2 Micras I purchased. I was sold an extended warranty, that dealt with scratched or damaged wheels. I was told specifically (I clarified twice) that if a scratch or scuff was not able to be repaired the wheels would be replaced free! Having a daughter that was a new driver this seemed great and again I asked for clarity that ANY scratch not able to be repaired it would be replaced? The finance manager emphatically said yes...so I agreed to the $2,000. This week I brought the car in as there are scratches on the rims. I was told my more than one adviser that the program only covers damaged rims that cant hold air...a far departure from what I was SOLD! And was further advised that the company sponsoring the program are not very customer focused. So I sought out the General Managers name Shaun Wood and have left him 4 voice messages with not one reply!! This is not customer service yet every time I have entered the dealer over the past 5 years, I am prompt to rate us a 5 if asked...well after being blatantly ignored by Shaun I will not be going back to Nissan South.and I want to be reimbursed the 2,000 that I was sold under false pretense and misrepresentation. I have a voice message into Warren Smith VP who will hopefully call to discuss this issue. Lastly, I HATE having to write reviews like this or waste the negative energy. If companies would just do the right thing and up hold integrity, rant could have easily been how great they are... Truly Disappointed! Jeff More
