Last Thursday, I went to this Go Nissan South dealership with the intention of just looking around for car options. The sales rep. assisted us and introduced us to some vehicles. We were in a conversation d with the intention of just looking around for car options. The sales rep. assisted us and introduced us to some vehicles. We were in a conversation discussing about a blue Nissan Kicks, and he asked me to put $500 deposit down without telling me it is non-refundable. He just told me that's the only way to hold the car while I am still considering all my options. All other dealerships I’ve spoken to advised me that the deposit is refundable. But clearly not at this dealership. This is my first time wanting to buy a car; I have no idea about any terminology on a vehicle purchase and this dealership does not bother to explain and to protect any consumer rights. I did not even know what Bill of Sale means and no one there explained to me or helping me out within the process except they kept pushing me to buy the vehicle. I felt being taken advantage of. After I did the deposit transaction, the sales then asked me to sign a piece of paper AFTER charging me $500 against my credit card. He did not explain to me that this paper is a Bill of Sale and did not explain what consequences this Bill of Sale would carry out if I signed. Furthermore, he and the finance manager DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE me a COPY OF THE CONTRACT I signed on spot nor before I left the dealership that same day. Instead of helping me by giving me helpful financing advice, the financing manager kept pushing me to buy things that I did not want. When I was at the dealership, the entire process made me feel very vulnerable and extremely stressful. On Friday, my brother and I went back to try to get my copy of the bill of sale, but they still did not give it to me because they did not know how long the financing manager would be finished with another client in her office and the contract was in her office. I felt it’s being held as hostage. IT WAS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER, and they kept finding excuses over just simply knocking on the door to help me get the contract. And last night, I sent an email request for seeing the general manager this evening to cancel the bill of sale. I sent the message to the salesman, the financing manager, and the email provided from the Go Nissan South’s website. However, when we went back this evening, they did not prepare to see us, they asked another sales manager to converse with us. And we have to repeat the whole situation over and over again but still, they are reluctant to give us my vehicle purchase cancelation confirmation. They kept saying the confirmation needs to come from General Manager or General Sales Manager who were both not there tonight EVEN THOUGH we have given them a bunch of notice in advance. I felt like they kept kicking me around and bouncing my concerns to different representatives in different levels. We find the entire process is very questionable. I know my financial situation. My car loan should not even be approved in the first place. And, I have NEVER EVER agreed to their car financing proposal. To me, the entire process feels like a scam. I would never ever purchase any vehicle from Go Nissan South. Their team is unprofessional, irresponsible, and deliberately conceals the information that customers need to know throughout the entire process. It lures customers to make decisions not in their best interest and they just want to sell cars without proper customer caring. I hope by sharing my personal experience here, whoever sees this post can avoid going through similar situation and looking out for yourself better when dealing with this dealership. More

They would lie and don't tell you the hidden problems in the vehicle. I had many issues came up in the vehicle and those were not mentioned when the vehicle was sold. Very irreponsible and lying car dealer. seeing so many negative comments...not surprised. I was told that in their system, shows nothing about windshield protection. I called twice, and gave them enough time to confirm. they still said no, they dont see the protection package. Luckily, I found my original document, it clearly shows on Page 1 that I have coverage on windshield protection. Emailed and called them, the service rep said he needs his manager to confirm first, he has never seen the record. IF I lost my document, guess what? they will make me pay. More
I had an appointment for my son and I to view a used vehicle with a sales associate. we arrived on time and was asked by the sales associate to wait for about 10min while he finished up with another cus vehicle with a sales associate. we arrived on time and was asked by the sales associate to wait for about 10min while he finished up with another customer. after waiting 20 min I asked another sales associate to show us the vehicle as we were on a time limit. the 2nd sales associate mentioned the car was out having some gas put into it. after another 5 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. not once did anyone come to see how we were doing, not once did anyone offer coffee or water. In addition to this, the sales associate didnt even apologize for us waiting so long. Waited 25 minutes and the car we came to see wasnt even there. More
I have come here to write the review but not shocked to see the similar reviews that I wanted to write, though this review will be similar to what we have here, i still want to write it since I am here, wi see the similar reviews that I wanted to write, though this review will be similar to what we have here, i still want to write it since I am here, with most of (or all of the) the people we BEGIN deals by trusting each other as this is normal human tendency, however this attitude of yours will change and in your life you will start seeing everyone with suspicious thoughts once you deal with these NISSAN south sales and finance teams, they pretend respect and rip the customers. its not at all a good idea to deal with this dealer.
