No regard for your time Every time I book an appointment they go out of their way to waste my time. Inconsideration seems to be an official policy. Requested a simple oil change even booked ahead online when I arrived they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Unacceptable, I believe their attitude is based on it being a prepaid account. If you buy from this dealership expect no service and to be treated like a second class owner and don't under any circumstances get the prepaid oil changes as they will discourage you with poor service from using them.
