When we did a test drive he showed us all the neat features on the vehicle my boyfriend and I purchased. Moe our finance man worked so hard to get us a great rate on our financing. PEveryone in the dealership worked so hard and bended over backwards to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Absolutely amazing dealership! More

I will tell what happened. first everything ok were almost done he said you got 398/bw with these platinum plan for 84months. then he notice become 439/bw 84 months and I said cancel everything because thats too much. he replied be patience I we will fix it. were wait again! my wife feel bad and my 18 months boy he got boring he cried. then finally they fix it. it become 96months. its not worth it. because were already wasting our time and we want to be done so we agreed! bad experienced. were so upset. and one thing more, the guy I talk to. please dont always make promises but its not true and dont be rude. This would have been an easy 5 star if not with the delay on car details. My engine was not clean when I took it. It was rushed I guess. I was told they detailed a different car so disappointed. I was gonna ask for engine wash but decided not cause it might take forever. Cheques were also delayed not sure why. Anyways still giving this 4 star its because of the friendliness of Solomon. More

Unfortunately, the issues came up with higher level staff. It came down to picking between two cars, one a bit more expensive. I chose to go for the less expensive one as it fit my needs better. However, the sales manager and finance manager I dealt with kept pressuring me into buying the more expensive car. Furthermore, everything took forever to finish. To get a price on my trade in and then to get a final quote took almost 30 minutes. When I finally decide on the car to purchase, we had to wait another 30 minutes to meet with a finance manager, who then said the process will take 30-40 minutes. I asked to come back there next day. I came back, money in hand and ready to pick up my car, only to be told they forgot to detail my car and they detailed the more expensive one I was looking at. They offered to do it then, but it would take another hour. I asked to bring it there next day. Meeting with the finance manager was pointless as I was paying cash, and it ended up being a push from him to buy a warranty. It was a waste of my time. When I dropped of the car for detailing, I was assured I'd get a courtesy service loaner. I showed up and had to wait 45 minutes, and then I found out I was charged $100 for it. Unfortunately this dealership is a bit of a mixed bag. If you deal with Solomon, it's a 10/10 experience. The issue lies with some of the managers. More

Went in for Service, left wanting to upgrade I had exceptional service at this location. I took my 2017 Mazda3 in for service and while waiting for my service to be completed, I had the opportuni I had exceptional service at this location. I took my 2017 Mazda3 in for service and while waiting for my service to be completed, I had the opportunity to chat with Maz while perusing the showroom inventory. He was unassuming, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about upgrading my vehicle. While I didn’t purchase my 2017 Mazda3 at Go Mazda, I will definitely be giving Maz my business when the time comes for an upgrade. More

Very poor experience with Maz My girlfriend and I are on day one of shopping for a new SUV. We came into this location and we're immediately approached by Maz. On first impression, My girlfriend and I are on day one of shopping for a new SUV. We came into this location and we're immediately approached by Maz. On first impression, nice guy but a little aggressive. We told him that we were just looking at some SUVs today and he left us to browse. Great. He then started hovering and telling us about features. No problem, that is expected for car salesmen, right? We really liked the CX-9 and added it to our vehicles to test drive soon. As we were leaving, we thanked Maz and he asked us if we would like to sit down, discuss numbers, and take a test drive. We politely declined, letting him know we had just begun our shopping process and liked the CX-9 but would add it to our list of vehicles to test drive. The following is how our interaction went. No joke. Maz: "good luck with that method" Me: "there's no need to speak to us with that condescending tone" Maz (walking away not looking at us): "yeah, whatever" Me: "good luck selling any vehicles with that attitude" Honestly, we will not be buying any vehicles from this dealership and won't be recommending this dealership to anyone we know. Even buying a Mazda has left a bad taste in our mouths. We did nothing to provoke him. Maybe he was having a bad day? Regardless, we will NOT be going back. Horrible experience. More
Most rude individual I have ever met at a dealership I went to this dealership as I wanted to see the CX9 in person and was not interested in test driving or negotiating anything. This man hover and then I went to this dealership as I wanted to see the CX9 in person and was not interested in test driving or negotiating anything. This man hover and then proceeded to tell me how my "viewing" of a vehicle was a stupid way to decide on a vehicle. At the end of the day Maz it is my choice how I buy a vehicle. Helpful hint : don't offer your opinions if they aren't asked for. Will never buy anything from this location or dealership. Good luck with sales. More
