Service was good but could be better I had to take my vehicle back twice to sort out things that should have been dealt with before I drove away in my new vehicle. It was a used SUV, they did the detailing, but I found that it hadn't been properly cleaned. There was an issue with finance, with an extended warranty, but in the end and after a few calls, they sorted it all out. I would have give a higher rating if these issues hadn't come up. More

We decided to drop off our vehicle for repair at Go Mazda dea On Tuesday March 5th 2019 my sun roof exploded and glass pieces were all over the cabin. We decided to drop off our vehicle for repair at Go Mazda dealership. After damage assessment the problems start piling up. First I have been told that insurance is not covering all associated costs for repair, because the inside of the vehicle needs extensive cleaning which can take three hours or more on top of regular labor for sunroof glass replacement. After I contacted the insurance, insurance told me that no one from dealership contact them for quote adjustment, despite I told service adviser, he has to contact insurance when he will have final quote for repair. When I asked when the vehicle will be repaired the answer was some time on Friday. When Friday comes I got the message that car is ready for pickup and I can come any time after 1PM. We arrived at dealership at 5:40PM on Friday to pickup our vehicle. We discovered that car was all covered with snow despite majority of the snow fall was over night Thursday. After clean up the snow I opened rear door and discovered that pieces of glass are still all over the cabin. I checked the service report and on it stated replacing the soon roof and cleaning the debris of glass. The charge for cleaning was 400 CAD. We returned to dealership office and told them for the problem. We have to wait for another hour to get the loaner again, because the person who is dealing with the loaner vehicles already left. What we also find inappropriate was, that receptionists were busy fixing their makeup in front of the customers, regardless of regular hours of business. They managed to get my car back on Saturday at noon after long conversation over the phone explaining them it is their fault and I shouldn't wait for whole day. What also disturbed me a lot was when I phoned to the dealership multiple time in that week, when on hold, the background audio in the phone system was commercial for different Nissan vehicles. I got confused that I might have wrong phone number. I told them that first time when phoned on Tuesday, but was still the same on Saturday. More
What would you feel?!!! I regreted going in this dealership and wasted 3 horrible long hours. I had no problems with the sales person (Melvin) he’s willing to help at his bes I regreted going in this dealership and wasted 3 horrible long hours. I had no problems with the sales person (Melvin) he’s willing to help at his best capabilities and he is very respectful. But, the “manager” troy he’s not very helpful at all. What would you feel if this following experiences happened to you? Firstly, before i went to the dealership they already knew the specific vehicle i want, when we are about to test drive the vehicle melvin told me that the vehicle is already sold. How they missed that eh! But the manager told him to just push through with the test drive. After that, me and my wife decided just to leave because the specific vehicle we wanted is no longer available but they said just wait for a bit because they are going to figure out the numbers for the possible bi-weekly payments if they can find exact same vehicle i want. They also ask me what’s my target bi-weekly payment so i told them what’s my number. After several minutes the rep came back with the figures that is way too high even way higher that my existing payments. So i said I can’t do it. then the manger ask me if i am willing to pay $500 to show that im serious with the deal and so that he can further squeeze the numbers. Really? They want to know if I’m serious!!! I will not waist my time if I’m not serious at all. They said they will return the money as soon as we had a deal. So i paid 500bucks knowing that they will return it immediately. Again after several minutes the manager went back with the figures. Figures that i think nothing changed. So i decided not to go through with the deal. Lastly, and the most disappointing part I didn’t get my 500bucks as soon as I walked out the door. They said just wait for it to be deposited back on my account. Now tell me, How should i feel about my experience with GO MAZDA?!!! More

Mazen went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service all through the process. He was a pleasure to deal with and made our car buying experience fun and enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend him, Firas and this dealership to my family and friends. Ended up Purchasing a 2018 Nissan Altima. Thanks a lot. More

Great experience, great assistance I needed two cars within a certain monthly overall payment with a trade in. The dealership was very accommodating. When we did a test drive he showed us all the neat features on the vehicle my boyfriend and I purchased. Moe our finance man worked so hard to get us a great rate on our financing. PEveryone in the dealership worked so hard and bended over backwards to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Absolutely amazing dealership! More

I will tell what happened. first everything ok were almost done he said you got 398/bw with these platinum plan for 84months. then he notice become 439/bw 84 months and I said cancel everything because thats too much. he replied be patience I we will fix it. were wait again! my wife feel bad and my 18 months boy he got boring he cried. then finally they fix it. it become 96months. its not worth it. because were already wasting our time and we want to be done so we agreed! bad experienced. were so upset. and one thing more, the guy I talk to. please dont always make promises but its not true and dont be rude.
