Always courteous & go above & beyond expectaions. Recently did the car clinic night at the dealership. It was very helpful. Learned how to change a tire, more importantly where to position the jack. would never have known about the divit sport. Was amazed how easlily the brake pads came off, excellent info. More

Too expensive $500 for a 20000 km service seems like a lot of money to be shelling out for a non-luxury car brand service. And then to tell me after I’ve spent all $500 for a 20000 km service seems like a lot of money to be shelling out for a non-luxury car brand service. And then to tell me after I’ve spent all that money that you won’t be able to clean the bugs off my car because you only do a “light wash and vacuum”. If you’re going to charge luxury brand pricing, provide luxury brand service. More

2018 crosstreck Service desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they were running behind and it took almost 2 hours instead of 1. Didn’t have the people in to wash/Vacume the car nor did they have the shuttle available. More
