LIES!!, Either they DON’T check properly or they DELIBERATELY LIE TO CUSTOMERS!! 🚫💀 🤯 SERVICE DEPARTMENT 🤯 – I told them my auto light sensor wasn’t working (headlights stay on in daylight), and their ridiculous response was, “All cars are like this.” 😤 EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM PROOF ONLINE, they refused to accept it and argued with me instead! Basically, they think CUSTOMERS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!! Lazy, poor workmanship, inexperienced. Replaced motor had zero fluids. Break caliper left off. No inspection report provided even though it was supposedly done. They “replaced” the motor oil and coolant according to the work order but… our motor was EMPTY. No oil. Air box was taken off. Car was dead but they reprogrammed key and somehow couldn’t get accurate km reading? Our break caliper wasn’t even on so if we would’ve driven this we could’ve been killed which is complete negligence on Kia’s technician. I asked them for a report for who completed the work and more information and was fought and denied any paper trail. The bottom of their work order basically waived them off responsibility for work completed. Literally only businesses that have xxxx to hide have that on their work orders. Pathetic. Then we got charged for them to take off a valve cover to see the motor was warrrantable because we didn’t have all our maintenance records and Kia Canada states they won’t deny warranty based on lack of records but yet we got charged an extra 300.00 for warranteed work that wasn’t even completed All after waiting 6 months for them to even start working! Highly unimpressed More

Disappointed with my experience. Finance didn’t return calls or call when they said they would. Also didn’t send documents when they said they would. Found out that I had to do this from sales person the day before getting the vehicle. When asked why I was told differently and why the finance person didn’t get in touch with me to inform me this, the finance person lied and said they had tried to contact me the day before, no phone calls or emails about this was received. If I wasn’t so deep into the process I would have walked away and gone with a different dealership. More
