The financing was a little bit more challenging, but it wasn’t that bad. To the date I still have not received my car, but I look forward to getting it tomorrow and I hope that this will be the end of my car buying nightmare. Go Kia dealership and if I was looking for another new car, I would go back and work with them again. More

From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by Justin, who immediately put me at ease Unlike some other car sellers I've encountered in the past, Justin never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead, he guided me through the process with professionalism and integrity, allowing me to take my time and explore all of my options. Thanks to him, I was able to find the perfect car that checked all of the boxes for me. The entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and I left the dealership feeling confident and satisfied with my decision. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a new or used car. Thank you Justin, for making my car-buying experience a positive one! More
The vehicle itself is great, but the service I received was very poor. I came in wanting to look at an EV6 and possibly test drive one, and was forced to answer questions about how much money I wanted to p was very poor. I came in wanting to look at an EV6 and possibly test drive one, and was forced to answer questions about how much money I wanted to put down, what payments I could afford, if I had a vehicle to trade, where I worked and how long I'd worked there. All this before I was allowed to even look at the car. I ended up test driving it and fell in love, so brought my wife back the next day to drive it as well and decided to move forward with the purchase. Khandy, the sales manager was great. He worked to keep things within my budget and explained things well. We came to an understanding on price and I went back the next day to sign the financial paperwork. I popped by the dealership on a break, only expecting to be there for 20 minutes, and then the high-pressure sales started, as they wanted me to purchase extended warranty and extra packages. The finance manager said that she’d already pre-qualified me for 4 packages with a 7.9% interest rate with RBC, and she had all the paperwork ready to sign. I said NO, numerous times but she kept pushing. Finally, she said, what if I could get you two of the packages for only $10 a month. I thought about it and did the math, and for only $1920 it made sense, so she left to go revise the paperwork. 5 minutes later she was back with a stack of paperwork. She said, I got you a great interest rate with RBC of 7.7%. I initiated and signed everything, until we got to the last page, which was the contract with all the numbers. I trusted her and began to initial, then I looked at the numbers. The two packages that were supposed to be $1920, were over $8000. I called her out on it asking her to explain and she backtracked, stammering as she tried to explain. She said it was the overall price including all the money she saved me by getting me a better interest rate. I said that I wasn't going to sign it, but she kept negotiating, leaving 3 times to get better package/ warranty pricing approved by her manager. I looked at my phone, and to my shock, I'd been there for over 2 hours! I said look, I've been here way longer than expected and I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. She finally got the picture and said so you don't see value in any of the packages and don't want them, and left to get new paperwork. I thought about walking out but I really wanted the car and didn't want to have to come back the next day and deal with it all over again. She came back in 5 minutes, with a stack of paperwork and I started quickly initiating, until we got to the last page again. I looked things over and saw that the interest rate jumped over 2% to 9.96%. I was furious as I felt like she was trying to pull the wool over my eyes again. She said it was the best she could do considering I didn't buy warranty. I was so upset and thought about walking out again, but as it had been over 2 hours, and I needed to go, I was stupid and signed the paper (which I instantly regretted). She didn't try to get me a better interest rate and rushed things through. That's 1000's of dollars extra I'll be paying now over the course of the load, all because she was upset that I didn't buy the warranty and she didn't make commission. I investigated interest rates further to confirm the rate I should have received and I was pre-qualified at 8.45%. I spoke to the dealership manager and he apologized but said there was nothing he could do as the bank had already funded the loan. And to make things worse, on the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle I took an Uber to the dealership, but when I got there, the car wasn’t ready. They hadn't even started detailing or replacing the windshield yet. I was forced to pick it up the next day and pay for yet another Uber ride. I will not deal with this dealership ever again, and warn friends and family against it. My experience has soured me on the brand and I can't see myself purchasing another Kia in the foreseeable future. More
