We were initially apprehensive about the complexity of buying a new vehicle but instead found the whole procedure unexpectedly simple and quite relaxing. Scott was very professional and attentive when it came to our needs. We felt comfortable with him because he answered all the questions in a very honest fashion. Of course, we knew that at some time the Manager would show up for the final push and we did not look forward to that! Jiby showed up and we need not have worried - all was good!
