Purchased a CR-V from this location. The transaction was smooth and didn't have to finance. Salespeople were not pushy. So why the 1-star review? Well, at one point I was offered a 7-year extended warranty for approximately $2500. I politely declined; it's a Honda, after all. About a month after I take the car home, I get a letter in the mail from Honda Financial Services in Markham, Ontario. Turns out that the extended warranty I didn't purchase already came with the car! (It was a used model). Go figure. So, if I had decided to buy the extended warranty as offered, I would have bought something I'd already paid for. And would have been none the wiser. Gee, I wonder whose pocket that would have gone into? Left a very bad taste in my mouth. More
