First of all I’d love to say the environment of this dealership was live and friendly. Second, The person who helped me, Josh, was very patient with my choices as I’ve been to multiple dealership and didn’t come out to my satisfaction. Lastly, Josh has shown me cars best suited to my lifestyle and budget. He understands his customers which reflects upon his work wonderful ethic. Just purchased my CR-V Hybrid 2023 from Jeane at Go Honda and highly recommend. Jeane is friendly and a very nice lady who always give you straight-up advice. Everything was so quick and easy. Purchased a CR-V from this location. The transaction was smooth and didn't have to finance. Salespeople were not pushy. So why the 1-star review? Well, at one point I was offered a 7-year extended warranty for approximately $2500. I politely declined; it's a Honda, after all. About a month after I take the car home, I get a letter in the mail from Honda Financial Services in Markham, Ontario. Turns out that the extended warranty I didn't purchase already came with the car! (It was a used model). Go figure. So, if I had decided to buy the extended warranty as offered, I would have bought something I'd already paid for. And would have been none the wiser. Gee, I wonder whose pocket that would have gone into? Left a very bad taste in my mouth. More

Terrible as everyone says. They just need your money. Service was very disappointing. Had my Honda Odyssey serviced here couple of days ago and fuel economy went down from They just need your money. Service was very disappointing. Had my Honda Odyssey serviced here couple of days ago and fuel economy went down from 12 to 16 after the service. Now I need to pay them again for another diagnostic service to get this looked into. In addition they quoted me 300 dollar for a pressure switch replacement whereas it's quoted only 100 outside The service person apparently doesn't even know if replacing the switch resolve an issue and also what is the risk of not replacing it. In addition I had to go behind them and ask so many questions for each and every thing. For this kind of service I don't need to go to a honda dealership. More
I brought my Civic Si in for warranty work. The front bumper was not lined up properly to the body.( if checked on line, it is a know and common issue with 10th gen civics....poor bumper clips The front bumper was not lined up properly to the body.( if checked on line, it is a know and common issue with 10th gen civics....poor bumper clips). Also the wing on the back of car was coming apart, if you squeezed it together in would make a loud click sound. Also the power moon roof would make a slight squeak sound. Well when i went to pick up my car...NONE of the issues were dealt with! They stated it looked like the bumper had been removed before...I had car since new and promised it had not. There was some nick on the bumper under the headlight....I could have been from a rock. I asked for then to remove the bumper and you would be able to tell by the bolts nothing have ever been touched. The response was " i think our journeyman mechanic know what he's talking about" The other 2 issues where not done either, saying they can't reproduce.......as i go the the back, press the rear wing...and CLICK. By then I was done..... Basically being called a liar about the bumper!!!!! A little about myself. I have worked at a City Hospital for 34 years now. I like to think of myself as a caring, honest, hard working person. My Motto for my 34 years of working with Patients has been "Treat others as You would like to be treated" Well This Honda Dealership and I have different Values. Thanks all. Just a Heads UP. What ever you do not buy from this dealer! I confirm what others have said in their reviews . The person we dealt with was Jiby Matthew , he had no problem lying and smiling while he did I confirm what others have said in their reviews . Totally frustrated we check and we’re told they were working on something else, The like of respect was stunning. They made us jump through hoop after hoop. . Jiby thought we were so desperate even tried to sell us a broken Kia. 24 hrs later they continued to ask for more information. By then we were sufficiently insulted enough to move on. We went to another dealership and drove the car out the same afternoon. You do not want to buy a car from JIby Mathew. More
Absolutely terrible service! !! We had the displeasure of dealing with the assistant general manager by the name of “Matei Gherman” who supposedly “has no boss” and “does not !! We had the displeasure of dealing with the assistant general manager by the name of “Matei Gherman” who supposedly “has no boss” and “does not care about the dealers reputation” as they scammed a $1000 deposit on a car that was not what they promised prior to looking at the car. The sales rep said in a text that he would garuntee a refund of a $1000 deposit if the sale did not go through. However upon arriving to pick up and view the car there was substantial body damage to the car that they hid in the photos sent. After showing the “GM” the message he said the deposit was still not refundable… going back on the dealerships promise. Absolutely sickening how this man spoke to an 18 year old looking to purchase his new car. However this dealership does not value their customers or their reputation. As Matei said “I do not care about our reputation, we sell lots of cars”. So they will most certainly not take care of you. Will be speaking with corporate side of Honda and the owners of the dealership to inform them of their poor excuse or a manager… I truly hope that this man does not stand for the dealerships ethics. If you are looking for a dealership that does not value their reputation or customers and would scam a $1000 deposit from an 18 year old kid then this is the one for you. More

Gave me the bill of sale after 3 months so too late to fix. I will meet them on September to fix these messed. Signatures are different from one another. I didn’t sign for 54k worth of CRV 2022 sport the price originally 42k and MR MICHAEL are the one who pick up the car from go Honda to St. Albert drove to go Honda Edmonton coz I thought it’s gonna me cheap on my side 42k. But it went up to 58k in total plus extras key fob and I never ask for diamond what so ever they put on my bill. More
Went into pick up parts today and barely missed a collison with two Go Honda employee's driving a Audi. The lady driving was speeding and the salesmen just waved at me. I jammed on my brakes to avoid collison with two Go Honda employee's driving a Audi. The lady driving was speeding and the salesmen just waved at me. I jammed on my brakes to avoid an accident that could have caused serious injury to me as she would have hit me in the driver's door. Slow down people if you want to speed don't do it in the lots.
