Hello Well I am disappointed, not impressed with the quality of this charger at all I would think that after all the xx Go dodge put me through I would have gotten a much better quality level one charge quality of this charger at all I would think that after all the xx Go dodge put me through I would have gotten a much better quality level one charger, what a complete joke! No happy at all After the countless back & forth the excuses Go Dodge did not treat us very well. Bad communication right from the start when I told you that we didn’t have much time took 2 hours & the car wasn’t ready we couldn’t even put the front license plate on because the bracket wasn’t installed so that tells me everything was left till the last minute! Then after we agreed that we would get a level one charger in the car before we left more excuses & lies ! Yes sir yes sir we will have it Then you send me a level 2 charger that needs to be hard wired in when I told you we can’t do that because we live in a building !! I have every signal tex message.. not a very happy This level one charger is cheep I will have to purchase a better quality one what a joke .. I have told my friend No to purchase a car from Go Dodge because they will say anything to make a sale … man I am not happy with the way this was handled & I feel taken advantage of & lied to Not a very nice experience Thank you Stephane & Kimberly More
