Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I started dealing with the salesman Gurpreet I called him the next day and he had no idea who I was or what Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I then started dealing with a salesman named Luca, he was excellent. Best employee in that building hands down! Working numbers and trying to make a deal with sales manager Graham was horrible, he tried to lie and hide numbers. After the deal was made and agreed on the next day they phoned and went back on the deal. Graham is a liar he is not there to help you he will screw you every way he possibly can. He needs to be removed from his position of power. After the deal was made and a pickup time was agreed on the vehicle was not ready “tomorrow evening” they said. Next day I called at 3 to be told the parts you wanted aren’t here yet we had to order them. I wanted a roll up tonneau cover which I had found in stock at mgm they were suppose to go get it. Not yet a cheap aftermarket accessory. 2 days after taking delivery of the vehicle I message sales team telling them electric running boards already quit working and get ignored no response. Please use this warning and take your business elsewhere. Worst dealership in Alberta. More

I say had the worst experience of my life with this dealership, I highly recommend to stay away from the dealer. And here's why, it started with me working a deal to trade in my car for a truck with a dealership, I highly recommend to stay away from the dealer. And here's why, it started with me working a deal to trade in my car for a truck with a very helpful sales lady named Bessy, once we talked about the deal she introduced me to a guy name Brenden Nicolay. Me and Brenden discussed the deal and we decided to go forward with the trade in, but I needed few documents to provide which would take a couple of days, so a few days passed & I returned with all my paperwork & we where all good to go forward, & we made a deal, we shook hands, I put a 300$ deposit for the truck & the agreement of sale was signed. I was told to pick up the truck the following Friday, as they were going to change the windshield and give it a detail. Which was fine. Despite all of that I could never imagine what the guy named Brenden a manger for the dealership, the guy I shook hands with decided to call me on Thursday morning and said that someone ran into the truck & it would no longer be sold. I was really upset but I had gut feeling that It wasn't the case so I went and found out for myself what really happened only to find the truck was sold to another guy! No one hit the truck it was lies! To say I was angry is an understatement, I was furious. All that time, all that gas, the time off work to pick up the truck, down the drain. Brenden Nicolay is the reason salesmen have a bad reputation, people like him are the lowest of the lowest, a dirty liar who doesn't stand for what he does. Such a disgrace, it took them over 2 weeks & multiple calls from myself to just return my 300$ deposit that I had put down for the truck. A horrible experience, horrible management. horrible dealership. 0 of 10 do not recommend. More
