I purchased a truck from this dealership for approximately $130,000, trusting that I was investing in a high-quality, dependable vehicle from a reputable business. Instead, I was sold a truck that has proven to be faulty. For a purchase of this magnitude, I expected professionalism, accountability, and proper after-sale support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. What has been even more disappointing than the mechanical issues themselves is the way management has handled the situation. Rather than standing behind the vehicle they sold, they have refused to take meaningful responsibility or offer a fair and reasonable resolution. When you spend $130,000 on a truck, you expect the dealership to stand behind it — not distance themselves from the problem. In addition, I purchased a $2,500 product through the dealership that was promoted as reliable and effective. That product failed and did not perform as advertised. When I brought this to their attention, I was not offered a refund or a reasonable alternative solution. Instead, I was told that I would need to bring the truck back to their dealership to address the issue — despite the fact that I live out of town. This would require me to cover all travel-related expenses out of pocket, including fuel, food, potential hotel stays, time away from work, and wear and tear on the vehicle — simply to have them inspect or attempt to repair a product that never functioned properly in the first place. The alternative presented to me was essentially to accept the loss of the $2,500 I paid. That is not customer service. That is shifting responsibility onto the customer for a failure that was not caused by them. A dealership selling six-figure vehicles should operate with integrity and stand behind both the vehicles and the products they sell. Accountability should not disappear once the paperwork is signed. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle or add-on products from Red Deer Dodge to proceed carefully. When making a $130,000 investment, you deserve transparency, support, and proper resolution if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience, and I hope others are able to avoid a similar situation. More
Horrible experience. Sales guy lied about the vehicle features, finance guy was a complete jerk when I refused the extended warranty, and now the sales manager is refusin Sales guy lied about the vehicle features, finance guy was a complete jerk when I refused the extended warranty, and now the sales manager is refusing to rectify the situation. (No block heater on a NORTH Edition vehicle, literally the name says its made for cold climate). Sales guy assured me this vehicle had all the winter features needed. Run, don't walk from these crooks. They could care less once the sale is signed. They have lost a long term customer 100%. Two thumbs down. More

I purchased 2025 ram1500 from this location. want to share my experience in 2 categories, which are the sales and service department. 1. Sales I have finished my deal WITH Gurpreet. I test drived in the morning and deal with him during the day. Decided and deposited 500. Very next day signed off contract, then all should be flow well. As soon as I asked about the deposit refund He was asking for 'TIP'. I just answered with a smile. Until I got money back. He asked 'TIP' 3 times. The running board, which was included in a deal, was not installed in time. I had to drive back and forth 2 extra times to reddeer from calgary. What a wasting time and gas with a new truck. But this is acceptable. He said the truck would be ready in a day with an additional running board. Very next day, he just noticed me it is not ready because they do not have part.(I already mde my day off to get there) In this case, I was expecting the way to sort out the case with polite apologizing. Sales person just says,'we do not have.' That was it. Alright. I SIGNED OFF PAPER. that is it? As soon as I visit dealership sales manager, Brenden, explained in detail and apologized very politely. Appreciated on him, not gurpreet. - missing components from window sticker It should have 'ram tow assist kit', which is included in the window sticker from the factory. Also, the red battery cap was missing. He didnt mentioned about this nor gave it to me before I figured out they were missing. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SELF OF BELONGINGS. Still, I can not find fuxxing manual. 2. Part and service. From the very second day, since I had a truck. - Over 50km/hr awkward noise came from dash. Sounds like some plastic pcs rubbing during high-speed driving. - rainy day panoramic sunroof malfunction. After carwash or during/after rain, the sunroof does not work. Absolutely shade was not in function neither. I have visited the service department to get my running board installed. On the same day, ask them to fix this problem. But their service people says they were not able to figure out those 2 problems. They just installed running board. I got a brand 'new' truck. Sunroof does not work on rainy days and noise coming from dash! They can not do anything for me. Hahahahahaha They must be kidding. What a joke. Be aware, guys. More
