Do not live up to even minor commitments bought a van there recently, assured everything was checked and fixed, turn indicator failed in about 3 days. They stressed out my hubby so bad he could not think straight and push us into a corner. Horrible conduct & service. Never again! A year ago I purchased my third vehicle ever and first time from this location. Everything was great at the time of purchase. Flash forward 1 year (with 2 years left to pay on said vehicle) and my engine starts making a horrible noise. I drove immediately to this location and was told they had downsized their employees and no longer service outside vehicles. I explained I bought it there and I was not an outside vehicle. The girl in service shrugged and said it wasn't her problem and that I would have to go elsewhere. She instructed me to go down the road to another dealership and said that's where they are sending people. As it so happens I have positive history with the other location so I went there hoping they could help. They weren't able to look at my vehicle that day but put it on the top of their list for the next day. True to their word they did look at it and determined my engine had sustained a catastrophic failure and it was so bad they couldn't even determine the cause of it. They did tell me it was not negligence on my part. Upon learning this I changed my google review of Go Auto South to this latest update. Literally 10 minutes later I received a call from George the manager insisting that I come to the location right away and even that they would pick me up from my workplace because "we can get you in a car today I'm 98% sure and no one else can offer you financing like we can." Wrong. I told him I was in the middle of something with the dealership his service dept employee had referred me to and said I would call him IF I wanted to talk to him directly. Turns out getting referred to the other dealership was the best thing that could have ever happened as I am the proud new owner of a BRAND NEW vehicle and a deal that was amazing! There is no way that Go Auto could have offered me any deal that would have come close to that. Not only that but I have a great warranty in the event that something does happen. Again....not something GA could have offered. Flash forward to last night after I drove my vehicle home and I am still getting calls and text messages with statements like "You haven't called me back". It was so excessive I had to block the numbers from my phone. I do not want to receive unsolicited communication from a company who refused to help me. I will never again deal with GA and will discourage anyone else from dealing with them. More
Horrible Customer Service Extremely disappointed with Harpreet. So much so we went with another go auto and bought a different vehicle last night. 1. On Monday I called Harpreet and told her specifically the two vehicles I wanted to look at. 2. She called me back to confirm said vehicles were still for sale. She did not ask me for a deposit nor inform me that said vehicle had other interest. 3. We drove in rush hour traffic from Fort Road to Leduc to come see said vehicles. 4. When we arrived we were pleased to see the vehicle we were mainly interested in parked out front seemingly waiting for us. 5. When we went inside Harpreet still did not inform us that there was other interest in the vehicle. 6. My husband looked over at the person beside us and they were looking at the vehicle we had come to see. 7. When WE asked Harpreet (cause she still had said nothing) she informed us he had shown up 10 min prior to us showing up. 8. I asked who had called first. She informed us that we had called first and given her an ETA on arrival. 9. We were extremely upset because our number 1 pick and the vehicle we had informed her we were coming to look at was sold right out from under us. 10. Good customer Service would have been saying this to the other gentleman "I'm so sorry sir, I have a couple on their way now to look at this vehicle. If they don't arrive within projected time frame, then we can go and look at that vehicle. In the meantime let me show you......" 11. Harpreet then showed us 3 vehicles that were overpriced for the amount of km and that age of the vehicle. Seriously 6 to 7000 for a 2007??? That's got to be a joke right? 12. Harpreet then proceeds to take us for a test drive in a 2010 dodge journey. Gold in color. The vehicle stunk. And it was an automatic, yet stalled on us 4 times while taking it for a 5 min test drive. My husband had the gas petal to the floor and vehicle would not go over 50 km. It idled hard and stalled hard more than once. They tried to sell me a broke down 2010 journey with no apologies or explanation on why an automatic was stalling and idling so hard and stink sooooo bad. To trying to sell me a 2007 pathfinder with high km and major body damage for waaaaayyyyyy too much money. This dealership definetley just treats you like a pay cheque. More
Worst/Shady dealership This is the WORST/SHADY company I dealt with! After I looked at a car on their website and signed the paperwork online I found out from Dodge that thi This is the WORST/SHADY company I dealt with! After I looked at a car on their website and signed the paperwork online I found out from Dodge that this car was used as a fleet vehicle and nowhere was this mentioned and no one over there informed me of this! In less than 2 business hours after I signed paperwork I decided I no longer wanted this vehicle due to it being a fleet vehicle, but Jason was extremely rude and bullied me and said “when I say the deal is done the deal is done” and he kept rudely saying that the vehicle was going to be delivered to my driveway and I can deal with the bank when it goes for reposition! He said I had no authorization to cancel this deal with the bank so I have called the bank where the loan was provided from and explained the situation and within a few days the deal was unwinded! As for the refundable deposit I put on the car initially to hold the car while I was making a decision, Jason and other staff members refused to give it back to me and said it was not refundable so I then submitted a complaint to AMVIC and they decided to correct their act and refunded my deposit by cheque! Never again.... BEWARE More
