Dealt with Go Auto to get a new vehicle. Was APPROVED via phone calls and everything. We got approved for a vehicle that was affordable. Everything was set. Was told that our final price. Given paper work to get insurance and registration. Came back and now our bi-weekly payment has gone up. Talked to the manager but he was next to useless. Did not address my complaint. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. More

Be very careful with this dealership, they would not sell me a vehicle unless I paid both the $649 and $699 additional fees. The vehicle passed inspection with two visible rather large cracks on the windshield which they would not replace as they advised it is being sold as is. I will not waste my time again with this one. I had a repair done here and it wasn’t completed. I was charged full price and only 1 of 5 parts was fixed. I tried calling multiple times to remedy the situation and kept getting tossed around. This dealer is a total joke! Add on their website gives a price and says there are no fees, just gst But there is a 699 dollar fee for no reason. I offered them cash for a vehicle and would not take it sai price and says there are no fees, just gst But there is a 699 dollar fee for no reason. Talked to both the sales manager and the manager of the dealership and one is as crooked as the next. Neither will give a straight answer or justification. Dealerships like this are the reason ppl get turned off buying vehicles. I have probably bought 15 or more vehicles from dealers, and these guys are by far the worst! If I was go auto I would do a complete overhaul of this dealership and fire every manager they have. If I could give less than 1 star I would! Pathetic!!!!! More
