Darin wanted the best deal for us, went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. Darin even drove the vehicle we purchased from Leduc to the North side of Edmonton to drop it off at hour place for us. I would go back and get a second car from him! More
Service Department Falsified Mechanical Inspection The sales staff seemed to be good, but the service department I wouldn't trust at all due to a falsified mechanical inspection . When I went to test The sales staff seemed to be good, but the service department I wouldn't trust at all due to a falsified mechanical inspection . When I went to test drive the car I asked to see the mechanical inspection and the salesman told me they didn't have it yet but if I was interested in the car that they would have it done the following day. I went back in late the next day and they showed me the inspection. There seemed to be no serious issues they had to fix so I proceeded and bought the car. After 32 days of owning the vehicle (I only drove it for 12 of those days as I went on vacation and it was parked in my garage most of the time and NO oil or other fluids had ever leaked on my floor) the check engine light came on, I checked the oil and there was no oil at all on the dip stick. I took it to a local mechanic that same day and they did an oil change and told me all the other fluids were a bit low and very dirty and how would recommend changing them ASAP, the air filter was completely clogged and a few other minor things (I trust this guy he does all my auto work). I decided not to do the other fluids that day and contacted GoAuto the next morning and the girl at the service desk (I think her name was Leanne) who talked to the general manager and said they would not pay for my oil change that the other place did (she also questioned why I did not bring it to them as they do the first oil change for free, which I was never made aware of), they would also not complete any other fluid changes unless I paid them for it, as for the check engine light they said they could diagnose the problem but I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I told her this was not suitable for me and I asked if she could forward me to the general manager but I was told he was away that day so she would send him an email asking him to call me, I left more messages thru that week and the next. That was two weeks ago when the problem started and still no call back yet. In my impression they have falsified the mechanical inspection as they said all these fluids were changed on that service but I don't think you totally run out of oil and contaminate the other fluids that much by driving it for about 12 days out of the month and there being no signs of a leak in my garage or designated parking spot at work. I know I should have checked the oil sooner but I figured I would be okay for a bit longer, my mistake in trusting there service department. More
Wasted my time I sent a message to the dealership asking if a vehicle was still available and they responded in a reasonable time frame. After confirming the vehicle I sent a message to the dealership asking if a vehicle was still available and they responded in a reasonable time frame. After confirming the vehicle was available we set a time for viewing. They reconfirmed the next day before the appointment I was coming and I received another email from my salesperson confirming. I made my way there and arrived at the correct time and found out it had been sold. I understand things sell but it had been sold days before my inquiries and they didn't have the consideration of really insuring it was still available. I will never even walk into any Go auto ever again. I won't waste my time with non perfessional companies. More

Liars I have been looking for an SUV to buy and the day we went to the dealership I was shown what I thought would be my dream SUV...it was the exact color I have been looking for an SUV to buy and the day we went to the dealership I was shown what I thought would be my dream SUV...it was the exact color I wanted and it had all the bells and whistles. I expressed my interest in the car and left all my information with the salesperson so I could come back and purchase the vehicle. Next day, curious to why the salesperson had not texted (as he said he would), I texted him to ask about an issue and also to offer a hold deposit on the car (which he never offered me onsite)...when low and behold he informs me that the car was purchased by an employee of the dealership...immediately after I left. The salesman states his co-worker had this car on hold for a week...waiting on financing. So, according to this 1st lie, he showed me a car that was unavailable and then assured me that it was mine for the taking. I asked why he hadn't immediately informed me that the car a. was not for sale and b. that someone else was interested in the same SUV. He then scolds me for his mistakes (PLURAL) and then tells me (lie #2) that the employee who purchased only saw the SUV that same evening and purchased it immediately after I left. So...first it was on hold for a week and then he'd never seen it before...lies lies lies. He let an employee pouch the car and then lied to cover it up. Dishonest and shady...that was my experience, plus, LADIES...very misogynistic treatment from the salesperson. After reading googles reviews on this same dealership I may have dodged a bullet. More
They sold the car to a relative, not us! We were shown a car that we were very interested in and then found out that they sold it to one of the salesperson’s sister. They didn’t even let us k We were shown a car that we were very interested in and then found out that they sold it to one of the salesperson’s sister. They didn’t even let us know, even though we had made an appointment to see the car again 2 days later and said we were very interested! When the salesperson was asked about it the stories were conflicting and the text was in appropriate! More
