If you work with them ,I’ve seen so many poor reviews that it’s always pointed to the dealership. Sometimes it happens, but sometimes there’s people out there that just don’t know how to go about rendering their issues. so in our case, Go Auto Outlet South provided excellent service, and we highly recommend them. Unfortunately, those vehicles were priced beyond our budget. However, when he showed us the 2021 Mazda CX-30, we discussed that this vehicle would suffice our needs but the price was slightly above our budget. Both Sourav and Elias worked hard to keep it within our budget and even stayed beyond the closing time to complete the finance documents. When the opportunity arises, we'll recommend Go Auto Outlet South to others and hopefully they too will get a chance to meet and deal with Sourav and Elias. More

Found a listing for a 2012 Kia Soul on CarGurus for this dealership. Sent them an email and was messaged back by Raj. I continually emailed about questions concerning the car as it was a hour drive to get o dealership. Sent them an email and was messaged back by Raj. I continually emailed about questions concerning the car as it was a hour drive to get out to Leduc. Raj answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and as quickly as possible. On arrival, car was damaged which was unknown to me prior to arriving, they wouldn't cover cost for any repairs and offer to repair was ambiguous until further questioned unfortunately. Bought the car without dealer repairs (bought as is). Pros: - I am very happy with the way the purchase went, there was NO hidden fees for administration or anything, no increase in price when i decided not to finance and paid in full cash. Unlike other dealers their purchasing was straight forward and honest. - As well, no extremely long and convoluted liability form to sign when wanting to take a vehicle for a test drive. - Sales Manager and Finance Manager did not try anything shady or immoral and both treated me with respect - All staff was very friendly and were genuinely interested in helping in any ways possible. Raj even came in on his day off to show me the car when i even told him i would not purchase that day. - Team was well coordinated and once i made decision to purchase the whole procedure did not take long or was over complicated. Cons: - Unfortunately the Dealership has a LOT of potholes so be wary driving personal vehicle in or out. As well i imagine many vehicles that are test driven often have hit many potholes. - They only accept $5000 from credit (any combined cards as well so 5k total from credit) so dont forget this as i did lol and have to make another trip to the bank to get cash out. More
Paid $25,000 for a car. Motor started going 6 weeks after purchase. Called & was told guy doesn't work here anymore nothing we can do for you. They are corrupt. Shameful. This has been an unreal experience to begin the year 2024!
