We took are electric Mach E for yearly check up they didn’t even wash the car or vacuumed. Every dealership does it.. next door I take my Range Rover they was and vacuumed every time. I was sold a ford escape that didn't have warranty so I needed to pay out of pocket for repairs. I was on the Malahat highway when the transmission went out they said it was a pressure sensor valve that to needed to pay out of pocket for repairs. I had my own mechanic look at it and said that the deal ship should have been aware of the issue before giving me the car. Worst Ford Dealer in North America Bought new Focus 2012, and trans broke down 4 times. A recall that they checked was reported as Okay to them, but recalled item broke down within 2 weeks, and I got s 2012, and trans broke down 4 times. Later another Ford dealership found TB on AC drain line suspected of leaking. turned out that the firewall and most of pass side had no seams sealant applied from factory and dealership had car 3 times for 2 weeks at the time, and never found. I took entire front end of car apart in a few hours and found. So xxxxty product, incompetent staff and crocked dealership. More

Wife’s vehicle in for reg maintenance. Twice came back with damage, twice denied it was them. Ford Canada also won’t give repair cost, due to dealerships being privately owned…so they charge whatever they with damage, twice denied it was them. 2019 Ford Edge sel broke down first day I got , sales man said this happens all the time . It took them 2 months to fix the problem with the fuel sensor , making the car run rich . Booked a service on September 24th. Told they were looking at next week and would September 28th work. Agreed to have the vehicle there at 9:00am on the Monday morning. Arrived early to be told there was no booking under my name or my mobile number. I verified that the number I called was this location thereafter. Bill Thompson checked me in at that point as a new customer and implied the wait would be around two to three hours for an oil change and tyre rotation on a 2018 Lariat F150. Having heard nothing several hours later we returned to the dealership and the vehicle had not moved from where I had parked it. Comments from the service personnel were it was booked in for the entire day. Took the vehicle home and now will use alternate dealerships for future services. Atrocious service. This is my third F150 changing every three years. Glenoak Ford will not be receiving any sales or service from this guy any time soon More
