I've been purchasing my vehicles from car dealers over the past 35 years, and this was my 1st time purchasing from the team at Georgetown Chrysler. What a difference!! My Product Specialist (Gurdev) the past 35 years, and this was my 1st time purchasing from the team at Georgetown Chrysler. What a difference!! My Product Specialist (Gurdev) was recently hired, yet his demeanor and expertise was years ahead of his time. He allowed for my personal space to browse and compare and when I needed his assistance, he provided the accurate and detailed information I needed. I was surprised how well versed he was with the latest technological vehicle interface as well as various mechanical components. The Finance Manager "Richard" allowed for an easy approval experience. Even after he produced the sales offer that I agreed to and signed (after crunching the numbers), he continued to go over the agreement in the days that followed and found further savings that I qualified for prior to me picking up my vehicle. I suspect that my experience was not an isolated incident, and that the proffesionalism I experienced was the norm and not the exception. I will not be going elsewhere for any future purchase. More
They called me about a couple recalls, set me up for Saturday 8 am. I rearrange my schedule to make it work, arrange for a ride home while work being done. I live 45 minutes away round trip. I arrive and am told that I’m not in the schedule and that they don’t do recall work on Saturdays. I explain to the miserable old guy in service that his people CALLED ME and arranged this. He just shrugs his shoulders aka I don’t care. I find the lady that called me, she admits that she scheduled my appointment but can’t even seem to find the words to say ‘sorry’. Another shoulder shrug. I ask for a manager, she tells me the miserable old guy is ‘basically’ the manager today. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience here with the service department, however it will be the last. I will never darken another doorway at Georgetown Chrysler Ram. More
