I finally returned to the dealership to collect my car. This experience is unsettling, as we both signed a purchase agreement - a binding legal contract between two parties that obligates a transaction to occur between a buyer and seller. Genesis North Calgary's business practices are both unethical and illegal. I would not trust them for any vehicle transaction - including purchase, sell, trade or service. Buyer Beware. More

All the time Don was in contact with me, guiding me through the paperwork. In the end the car was delivered to my home, with everything ready. Only the block heater was late, so Caryn helped arrange the installation with no effort at all on my part. More
