We signed a purchase agreement, and I surrendered my vehicle and keys. But after one full week, Genesis North Calgary refused to honor our agreement and pay me for my vehicle. I finally returned to the dealership to collect my car. This experience is unsettling, as we both signed a purchase agreement - a binding legal contract between two parties that obligates a transaction to occur between a buyer and seller. Genesis North Calgary's business practices are both unethical and illegal. I would not trust them for any vehicle transaction - including purchase, sell, trade or service. Buyer Beware.

I want to share the great experience of purchase and service at this Genesis dealer ship. I scheduled a test drive, the car was ready and Don kindly explained me all about the car. He followed up with emails, then we scheduled a second test drive. The Genesis one price policy applied, there was no pressure and no haggling. All the time Don was in contact with me, guiding me through the paperwork. In the end the car was delivered to my home, with everything ready. Only the block heater was late, so Caryn helped arrange the installation with no effort at all on my part.
