Dishonest and nontransparent. I made a $500 deposit on a vehicle that I ended up not buying and they didn't refund me. Their salesman Noah never explained anything about the implications of making a deposit or that by making it over the phone, I could not obtain a written terms and conditions over it. Their finance team quoted me a loan amount and repayment amount biweekly that included a warranty. They never gave me a financing option without a warranty and only explained after the fact that a warranty was optional. This is totally unprofessional in my opinion. I will never go close to this dealership again. More
