purchase of a new 2017 GMC siera. I had our 2014 Gmc Sierra at the dealership getting some warranty work done. I happened to mention tp Wayne -Sales what my trade would be worth as pas I had our 2014 Gmc Sierra at the dealership getting some warranty work done. I happened to mention tp Wayne -Sales what my trade would be worth as past emails indicated top trade-in valve on 2017. Well 3 days later when I picked up my 2014 Gauthiers had some numbers for me, We told Wayne that It had to be exactly the same crew cab style 6 passanger. He showed us a couple of trucks but one was buckets in front but wouldn't work for us. The other was the color, the sales dept went and searched and found us a truck from another dealer in a swap to get us what we wanted. They worked on the numbers and 3 days later we came up with a deal They were fair in the trade as well as switching our tunno cover from our truck to the new one. Satisfied with the sales and service and the no pressure friendly athmosphere. We discussed bringing the truck back for its first oil change and was asked to book but I told them I would let them know. More
