Serviced my Vehicle and explained work needed and costs My Saturn Vue's transmission failed late on a Saturday Night and I had to have it towed to Gateway. When GM shut down the Saturn Division as part of My Saturn Vue's transmission failed late on a Saturday Night and I had to have it towed to Gateway. When GM shut down the Saturn Division as part of the bail out they got from the US government, the local Saturn dealerships shut their doors and their mechanics were hired by Gateway. Since that time my Saturn has been serviced exclusively by Gateway Toyota and I have been highly impressed by their honesty, the quality of their work and price especially since my vehicle is not a Toyota. With this service event Veronica with Gateway phoned first thing on Monday found out what happened and had a mechanic check the vehicle right away. Gateway told me what work needed to be done, gave me a reasonable quote for the work and told me how long it would take. My vehicle was made good as new and was detailed cleaned. I think they did a excellent job. Very, Very likely my next vehicle will be a Toyota purchased from Gateway Toyota. More

Toyota Sienna Replacing timing belt I have a 9 year old Toyota Sienna. I love driving this van down and I knew that I needed to replace the Timing belt. Troy was my service advisor, he is very knowledgeable and my belt and original battery were replaced at a much lower rate than the other two places where I received estimates. The technicians were very careful in removing two bolts so that I didn't have to pay for a very expensive bracket. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Todd and technicians. More
