Hanged up on me I came into the dealership to buy a vehicle, after test driving it the sales man Cameron told me the final price and when I wrote on a post it if he c I came into the dealership to buy a vehicle, after test driving it the sales man Cameron told me the final price and when I wrote on a post it if he could go 500 lower he looked at it and chuckled before he trampled the paper in front of me and told me it's final no negotiations. I left the dealership very upset but still like the vehicle and I so I called the sales manager Daniel Moses to let him know, he gave me a new rep Rohan who was okay to start with. After I chose my vehicle and changed back to it again we proceeded to financing. I had to Call several times to get an update on the sales process. The sales man promised to call me several times and did not. Even after I completed signing for my vehicle and getting my financing complete it was not ready for 3 whole days, not clean, not gassed up and a dent that was supposed to be fix was not. Feeling frustrated I called the sales manager who told me now that fixing the dent was not part of the agreement because they agreed to fix it on a the Rav 4 and i switched to a corolla before going back to a rav 4. because i switched back he said it was not part of it. that means the amvic forms where not valid. Daniel Moses told me he has a dent guy coming but he does not know when so it will be be a couple of days, i told him it was not acceptable. after finishing the call, he felt i hanged up on him so called me back to hang up on me (Professional where do they hire these guys) . And proceeded to hang up on me. More

Awesome! I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for the 64,000km "checkup" and to switch to my winter tires. I dropped my car off at 730am and then took the shuttle to work. Not only did Bonnie keep me apprised of everything that was going on concerning my car (winter tires had leaks, etc), but also when I got back to Gateway that night (around 6pm) to pick up my car one of the shuttle drivers who had seen me in the morning approached me, wondering why I was only now picking up my car; concerned that perhaps Gateway had taken that long to work on my car or that the shuttle driver who had picked me up was extremely tardy. I assured him that no, it had nothing to do with Gateway, I just had a lot of work to do at the office and couldn't get out sooner. I was extremely touched that not only did he recognize me, but that he was concerned enough to ask me. I just wish I read his name tag to tell you who that was! More

He listened to my explanation that, in an emergency, I needed to get another dealership to put on my winter tires. He said that, in any other emergencies, to call him personally and he'd solve a problem. (In my case it was related to a death & funeral of a friend). He assured me that I wouldn't have tires or balancing checked. He apologized that the car wash had broken down and told me to come back for a wash. I also asked him about the unused credit on my expired card and he up-dated it and credited me with the applicable reductions. Sadly, you guys no longer give us a % OFF LUNCH.. a nice touch when I have to wait 2 and a half hours. I usually do that so that I don't need shuttle service. Please reinstate the lunch credit. There is also a lovely spirit of camaraderie and a wholesome sense of humour about Troy. Toyota should be delighted to have a guy like Troy on staff, Elizabeth Stolee More

Bonnie ordered the part, I was really impressed with the service I received for my Toyota Venza. The driver side mirror cover needed to be replaced. Bonnie ordered the part, ensured it was the correct cover and colour and then had it coated with a protective covering. She made absolutely sure that it was installed correctly and I was on my way shortly thereafter. Bonnie is always cheerful, helpful and very conscientious that any service is done correctly. Never trust them again I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change somethin I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change something and every time bill was more than 1000 one time I paid 2300 also total i paid them $4600.and today 1 Dec 2015 again check engine light I go there now they left nothing to change and this time theyou say 3500 just labour and say I don't want to do from u guys I took car to other machanic and he u should change engine that is main problem for again and again check engine light and I change engine and transmission in $2800 just 40000 km on it so please they just make money and every service lady had commission the money they make from us. More

Service Staff makes the dealership I purchased two cars at Gateway Toyota. Of course I was pleased with the first purchase which lead me to buy the second car from them. Very good sales I purchased two cars at Gateway Toyota. Of course I was pleased with the first purchase which lead me to buy the second car from them. Very good sales team. However this was not what made me a very loyal customer. The service staff is what did it for me. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have tried one other Toyota service department and that confirmed my assessment of Gateway Service department. People like Doris and Troy and Bonnie are in my views very valuable intangible asset of the company. They are the reason I keep going back. More
