2016 4Runner Trail Edition Before delivery of the 4Runner we decided to add a levelling kit to allow room for larger wheels and tires. After delivery and driving 80km home and s Before delivery of the 4Runner we decided to add a levelling kit to allow room for larger wheels and tires. After delivery and driving 80km home and several off road test drives to test out the capability of the Trail Edition, the vehicle sat in the garage until the morning commute to work. After the wife drove a short distance the next day the KDSS light came on. After contacting Gateway, they got the 4Runner in the shop as soon as we arrived and had the KDSS system repaired and working properly, with a detail, in a matter of hours. The service advisor took the time to explain the KDSS system in detail, how it works and why it makes the Trail Edition what it is. Having had modified vehicles in the past I have a basic understanding of other suspension systems but being new to Toyotas I didn't know the KDSS Dryden was so advanced. The service advisor had excellent knowledge about the vehicle and I was happy he took the time to explain the system and why the warning lamp was on. I left the dealer with a greater appreciation for my new 4Runner and would recommend Gateway to anyone that is new to Toyotas like I was. More

Also the shuttle service was amazing, both pickup and drop off, It was pretty pricy for my repair though not going to lie, diagnostic labor + repair labor cost me $390, service parts cost me $30 in total (Battery clam and spark plugs). It was treated like warranty. When we needed a new car, the salesman was thoughtful, informative and drove an hour to pick up so we could take possession of our "new" 2014 Corolla. Each staff member we interacted with treated us were congenial, respectful and unhurried. The respect and interest the individuals we worked with made us feel cared for and valued. Respect, kindness and understanding of our needs was important, and we would be inclined to seek out similar qualities in the future. More
Thorough, efficient service. I have regularly used this dealership to service my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Today it was regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) and Spring Inspection, I have regularly used this dealership to service my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Today it was regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) and Spring Inspection, and check on the engine light. The service rep always gives a good estimate of price, but is very careful to check with me on any work that comes up during the inspection. i appreciate that guidance is given about what job(s) can be deferred for a while. The Savings card is very worthwhile, and I generally make use of the Shuttle Service - a big help. The Service reps, including Veronica today, are always polite, professional, and congenial. More
