Very good support by Jesse Nebo, the service advisor. I own a Toyota Rav4 car and I for regular maintenance and service, I take it to Gateway Toyota, Edmonton South. I went for my regular six-monthly serv I own a Toyota Rav4 car and I for regular maintenance and service, I take it to Gateway Toyota, Edmonton South. I went for my regular six-monthly service on April 25, 2016 where I was attended by Jesse Nebo, the service advisor. He gave me excellent service and advice, and took great care of my needs. I had a couple of scratches on one side, which he removed by polishing. In addition, he went through previous service records to figure out the maintenance needs of my car. When I returned in the evening to pick up my car, he was there again and showed me all the service requirements that had been completed during the day. What a great professional job - 5 stars! Doris Blanchard worked with me to fix my service issue and to prevent it from happening again to me or to someone else. Although initially I posted an unfavorable review this dealership proved that it will go out of their way to look at problems and issues and find a fix for them. Not a good thing when a problem happens to you BUT I think it means something when the issues are addressed and resolved. Would recommend this service center. More

Recall sevice I had experienced issues with the rear suspension on my vehicle and had both leaf springs replaced.
