They are certainly the reason I continue to deal with Gateway Toyota & respect their assistant to any matter I present them with. Doris always extents her warm greetings when I drop by the parts counter area each time I drop by. I began dealing with Doris when she was in the service area. Troy is my go to service guy for anyone of my Toyotas. Although I have dealth with several others on his days away, and always with quailty service. I respect his eagerness to assist me, helping me maintain all my vehicles, to keep them in the best condition possible & has gone out of his business way to assist. Ie.
