Regular service and concern about tire noise I regularly dear with Troy for service and concerns. I explained my concerns about what I thought may be abnormal road noises. Within a short time Troy met with me and explained that after a road test the only reason for the noise could be that the tires are down close to replacement. This was better news than I had expected.After leaving Gateway and shopping on the northside, I had problems opening the trunk by any method I tried, Called Troy and he quickly put me on to the switch that is in the glove dept. Sure made grocery shoping and storage easier. I travel from Camrose to Edmonton for service and have always had fast and courteous service from Gateway. Even services that I have not made appointments for are handled very promptly. More

The only downside was a hose was damaged during the servicing and they I was happy with the service, however it took longer than originally estimated.
