Fast efficient and friendly I recently booked for a service and had some other recommended scheduled maintenance done. The device desk fellow was very good to explain the reco I recently booked for a service and had some other recommended scheduled maintenance done. The device desk fellow was very good to explain the recommended extra maintenance procedures and did not pressure me in to having them done which I appreciated. I needed a shuttle which was available immediately, and when the driver came to pick me up he even waitedi for me when my appointment ran over time :) More
Poor service When I booked my appointment, I asked how long the service would take- was told and hour and 15 min. After an hour and 45 minutes, I was still waiting for my vehicle and it had not even been washed yet. No apology or explanation from the employee at the service desk. Never been to such a poorly run and managed service department. More

Made to feel dumb and embarrassed I had a mixed experience here. It started off alright until we got to the part where I was being told I've never gotten the annual maintenance on my v I had a mixed experience here. It started off alright until we got to the part where I was being told I've never gotten the annual maintenance on my vehicle. I do understand the importance of doing these things but when I'm asked to do it at the time of my oil change I'm not expecting to pay an extra$300. I didn't know I could come back another day to do those, I thought it had to be done time of offer (this is my first vehicle, still learning) anyways the person I spoke with definitely made me feel like an absolute idiot from that point on for never doing it and not having the funds to do it now. When my car was done I spoke with a different gentle man where he went over my inspection, I noticed my brakes are still in great shape so I asked again about that inspection that deals with the breaks and asked for more clarification on it since they still look good. He was very kind and honest with me and didn't think it was a rush for me to get that inspection done. I will be doing it but he assured me that I can wait until fall to do it. I wish I got the name of the second person I spoke with because IF I choose to come back I will only deal with him. Id give him 5 stars but because of the first person that is how I'm rating my experience. More
