So what happen is that I did test drive the 2 Cars , they run my pre-approval and I was approved for my second option as my budget only can afford that though I want the first one. But then I have to leave the branch as I need to go to work and deposited for the car and all the deals were already set. Freebies was also offered for the 2nd option. The following day I went back to the store and told them I had a conversation with my brother and told me that my 2nd option was not a good choice so I tried to make a deal for my first option but the Sales Manager Cory Bailey approached me in a rude and very unprofessional manner. He told me he can’t give me my first option for the price that I was asking. Then he continued telling me that “I offer what I can do yesterday and I offered you the price that I gave and can’t give you less than that. We spent almost three hours then you went home talked to whoever and asking us to give you the CX5 for this price and we’re having the same conversation again. I don’t want my staff to waste their time as you already wasted the time from yesterday. I don’t want my staff sitting here wasting another hour like yesterday. I won’t let that happen. If I was Zyron I would be mad at you. .” I feel so frustrated and sorry for the company having this kind of Staff and to think that he’s a Sales Manager. He should be a role model to his subordinates. The way he talked was so unprofessional. I don’t mind telling me that you cant give me the car in a price that fits my budget. The thing is that when you are spending time with your customers and a possible buyer you don’t waste your time regardless if they will buy or not cause they might not buy now but they can refer you to others or they might come back to buy another vehicle. Who knows? Treat everyone the same and treat them as you want them to treat you if you were in their shoes. I myself was rendering care and treating our patients as valuable client and even I had a busiest day I make sure I render the best that I can, answer all their concerns/queries and spend time with them if I have to but it didn’t bother me at all if it will make them feel secured. It’s never a wasted time. For me, he needs to be more patient, should learn to treat the customers right with respect and seems he is good at other thing but not on the Sales if he talks to client this way. Good thing Mr. Zyron Dimaya approached me in a calm and professional way that saves the GaryMoe Mazda, being my first and worst store to go. Anyway I had my first car from them but the feeling of frustration lasts. More
Damaged car during service. Waiting to hear back from the service manager in regards to a super nice door ding these guys put into my two month old car at it's first service. Aft Waiting to hear back from the service manager in regards to a super nice door ding these guys put into my two month old car at it's first service. After a pushy and manipulative sales experience and now this damage, their already poor reputation for customer service, I'm skeptical they will stand behind their mistake. I will update as this unfolds. More

Worst Customer Service Ever Nothing but problems...that is how I would describe my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from them in Fall 2014. I req Nothing but problems...that is how I would describe my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from them in Fall 2014. I requested two things during the deal -- a new windshield and a command start. Problem #1: Initially, the dealership refused to replace the windshield. After seeing that there were a number of cracks, etc in it, they finally relented. Problem #2: In turned out that the vehicle had a after-market command start installed, however it did not work. Trying to get this solved turned into an utter nightmare. You would have thought it was a rocket designed for going to the moon instead of a command start. Incident #1: On one occasion, I was asked to drop off my vehicle for them to look at. I made arrangements and brought it in. (It was a freezing day...colder than normal.) Since I live in Lacombe, I couldn't go home so I had the shuttle drop me off at Bower Place so I could at least wander around. After a number of hours and not hearing from the dealership at all, I phoned them to inquire what was happening with the vehicle. The fellow did not know and would "call me right back." Almost an hour later I received the phone call. They couldn't fix the command start and it would have to go to someone else for it to be looked at and fixed. I was told they went through the whole thing and couldn't find what was wrong. I returned to the dealership and discovered that the snow, etc that was on my vehicle when I dropped it off hours earlier was still on my car. There was NO WAY that the vehicle had been in any service department for very long. I was told that when I brought it in again, since they would require it for a few days, I would be able to have a loaner vehicle. (I live and work in Lacombe.) Incident #2: I phoned to arrange for the vehicle to come in. I was told that the dealership does not provide loaner vehicles. I explained that I was specifically told that I would be given a loaner vehicle. Eventually they relented and said that they would provide one for me. Incident #3: I brought in my vehicle and they had it for almost a week. (Keep in mind that this is for a COMMAND START....something that takes 1-2 hours to install.) Eventually, I got the call that my vehicle was ready. I went to the dealership, and the command start appeared to work. Great...I went home. Incident #4: After less than a month, the command start is acting up. It won't work when it is colder than -10 outside. Then the thing quits completely and won't work at all. I left two messages at the dealership regarding the issue and no one phoned me back. Completely frustrated with the xx I've already dealt with this dealership, I decide to wait until the fall and purchase a new command start and have someone else install it (since Gary Moe Mazda obviously couldn't handle a simple command start system). Boy, am I glad I did! Incident #5: I purchase a Viper system and then have Visions install it in October 2015 (a total cost of over $800). After returning to Visions to pick up my vehicle, the guys tell me that their installer wants to talk to me. He asked me who had put in my command start. I explain that the initial installation was somewhere in Carstairs, supposedly and that Gary Moe Mazda had the vehicle for almost a week the previous winter to fix it. The installer proceeds to tell me that the installation was a "hack job" and that nothing was soldered down. He was also extremely surprised that I had never had to replace my headlight control switch due to how the entire thing was wired. I couldn't believe it. What the heck had Gary Moe Mazda been doing?? This guy told me that he could tell there were serious issues withing the first 5 minutes of opening the hood. Incident #6: Giving myself a little time to cool down, since now I really wasn't impressed with the dealership, I went into the dealership personally on November 6, 2015. The manager was busy so I talked to Dave at the service department. I explained what Visions had found and said that I really wasn't happy. I asked for someone to phone me back to discuss the situation. It is now December 5, 2015 and I haven't heard a thing from anyone in the dealership. They have already lost at least two sales (of new vehicles) because of my experiences. I will gladly share what I have dealt with so that no one else has to go through the same xx I have. Buying a vehicle is a big expense, and I do not think it is too much to ask to expect quality customer service. Do yourself a favor, deal with another dealership. More

After driving on it way more than I had hoped, and contacting several businesses that were no help at all, Gary Moe stepped in and stepped up. Tire had a hole and was patched and filled with no fuss, no drama, no issues. Was extremely impressed! Gary Moe you have just won my loyalty, see you for my next oil change! More
