I was extremely pleased with the service at Gary Moe Mazda in Red deer. I bought a cx9 and Amelia was such a wonderful and helpful sales agent. She answered questions and was extremely diligent on the xxxxxxand cons of the models I was interested in. That’s what sold me to change over from another vehicle type to the Mazda family. She was accommodating of my fathers disability and treated us not just like perspective buyers but almost like friends. I can’t say enough good about my experience! More
I went in to lease a car a few weeks ago. I had specifically told the sales person that I didn't want to put the trade in value of my current vehicle on the lease, and also that I needed a hi I had specifically told the sales person that I didn't want to put the trade in value of my current vehicle on the lease, and also that I needed a high km lease, 35,000 km. When it came time to discuss payments, again I specifically asked that this not include my trade in value and was told it didn't. The payment they gave me was also based on 24,000 km per year, not 35,000. I thought I was getting an incredible deal. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. I was in the finance office, about to sign the lease and asked if the cheque for my trade would be delivered with the car. That's when the financing person indicated something was wrong. They did, in fact, include the $17,000 for my car as a down payment on this lease. I almost lost the entire trade in value of my car on this, and if I were to buy the lease out, I'd have ended up paying $56,000 for a CX 5. Absolutely insane. Once I told them I can't make this work, they just tried to get me to do a longer term to lower payments. I mentioned to them that Toyota had offered me a RAV4 Hybrid SXE for $48,000 dollars all in. They then started talking about how hybrids aren't good vehicles and that Mazda holds value the best. Not true. I left this place shaking and ended up buying a Subaru Forester instead. The vehicle that does, in fact, hold its value the best (according to KBB). I also paid a total of $45,000 for the equivalent trim to the CX-5 I was looking at. If you do brave this dealership, make sure to read the fine print on everything and ask the same questions multiple times to multiple people. More

Rating Daniel on a 1-10 I give him a 8.Service was very friendly in setting up my oil change service. The sales manager I was a little disappointed, I tried a few times to acknowledge contact by waving , he knew I was picking the car up that morning because Daniel had to come pick me up, and I was the only customer in the sales department, sales manager gets a 5. He made no contact. Jenn in finance is very professional, does her job well, when going over documents and explaining warranties she speaks a little too fast and seems in a hurry to get the paper work done, needs to slow down a bit, I’m a senior and hearing does deteriorate a bit. So my suggestion to slow the pace a bit, I was a finance lender at one time, I give her a 6. The vehicle has a problem, we shall see how service does now. Overall I liked the dealership sales staff were all friendly. More
Zeus was very kind and polite. When I went back to talk to the Asst Sales Manager Brad about it (he's the one that sold me the lie in the first place) he lied again, blamed his co-workers, then said I was lucky he even told me about the paint repair in the first place. No apologies, just lies, denial & blame. The GM knew I was mad, didn't care. I sent him a follow up email about the whole situation and I never heard a word. The day after I brought my car home the weather stripping on the passenger door came off. I text my salesman and his reply was 'just glue it back on". Terrible service, Shady, would never recommend to anyone. More
