2016 F150 I recently bought a new pickup from Freedom Ford. This was my second new vehicle purchase from them. I found a vehicle in extended inventory and they I recently bought a new pickup from Freedom Ford. This was my second new vehicle purchase from them. I found a vehicle in extended inventory and they brought it in and sold it to me. The price was fair, the service was good, and I got what I wanted. However, after we had negotiated a price the bill of sale had added costs for administration fees, etc. I refused to pay these additional hidden costs and they were removed. Good on them for taking them off, bad on them for trying to add them in the first place. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchasing experience and I love my new F150. More

Strike Two Strike one. I have been into the shop twice in the last six months. Both appointments were based on my winter tires. At the first appointment my snow Strike one. I have been into the shop twice in the last six months. Both appointments were based on my winter tires. At the first appointment my snow tires were installed on my truck. No problem there until I got home and found that my summer tires had not been placed into my vehicle. As a result I had to return to the dealership to pick them up. They were prepared to load them up as they were. I asked for bags and received them. Strike two. back this time to have the summer tires put on. With 39k on my truck it was determined that the front brakes needed to be redone. As I recall one side had were on the pads that was a 9. The other sides pads were a 4, clearly indicating uneven wear. I had them go ahead with the repair. The rotors were recut and new pads went on. I was informed that proper adjustments had been made to the brakes and that I didn't have to worry about uneven ware again in the future. So my question is this: while I realize that brakes wouldn't normally be covered as individual drivers drive in different ways, so determining brake where is next to impossible. However in my case its seems to me that my brakes were clearly set up incorrectly at the factory, resulting in improper wear after only 39k. How does this become a charge to me and not a warranty issue? I took the truck home. within days my new brakes were groaning and chattering. Once again a second visit to resolve the issue. I'm getting to know your shuttle driver quite well at this point. More

Quick, efficient service I was surprised that the service department could begin to work on my vehicle on the same day that I came in to inquire about servicing my car. On th I was surprised that the service department could begin to work on my vehicle on the same day that I came in to inquire about servicing my car. On the same day they told me about other repairs that I would need and gave me the total cost if I chose to continue with the work. I really appreciate the summary provided at the end of the invoice that covers the package results and recommended services. More
Amazing serivce as usual! Roxanne looked after my servicing on my 2013 escape. In a word it was amazing. She always over delivers.
