Too much work for a simple fix I took my new escape in for "the works" and a tire change. $370 later and a list of things wrong with my car that would be another $600. How does a I took my new escape in for "the works" and a tire change. $370 later and a list of things wrong with my car that would be another $600. How does a tire swap cost $220? That's outrageous. I chose to have my tires changed there because I was getting the works, however NEVER again. At another Ford dealership it cost me $125. Please explain this difference. And I'm checking with the dealership that sold me this car as to why there are so many things wrong with it when I've owned it for less than a year. As for this dealership fixing what was under warranty: I dropped the car off in the morning and they drove me to work (shuttle was late leaving so I was late for work). I chose not to get the shuttle back and got a drive from a friend after work to pick up my car. It wasn't ready after 7.5 hours. I waited until they said they had a rental for me, in which they would cover the cost. However, I still had to put down my credit card and pay for tire and windshield damage coverage. Should this not have been a courtesy car? You kept my car longer, I didn't choose for you to keep my car so why am I risking $$ on a rental???? And I was told to refill the gas to full upon return, which is another cost to me on what should be courtesy for the inconvenience to me. So for 2 days I spent an unreasonable amount of time at the dealership which frustration after frustration and spent too much money for a service that does not cost that much. I'll never be back and won't be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Disappointed Booked the truck in specifically to get a coolant leak addressed while it was in for service wasn't instructed when I made the appointment that diesel Booked the truck in specifically to get a coolant leak addressed while it was in for service wasn't instructed when I made the appointment that diesel mechanics are hit and miss on Saturday got called 4 hours later to be told that the truck was done but all that was done was oil and fuel filter...then got told had to bet rebooked when diesel mechanic available for coolant leak that I told them about in the first place. Then I got my bill got charged for 59.00 to tell me I have a coolant leak....so that leads me to believe that no one listens to the customers instructions..... when it all got squared away I still had a 500 dollar bill for an oil change and some fuel filters...pretty disappointed all the way around....but ultimately I am pretty comfortable this review doesn't matter unless it's clicked 5 stars and then someone can post it on the wall or the website and boast about the great reviews the dealership gets. One of the worst experiences at a dealership since I switched from Nicholson Chevrolet to ford in 2011....I guess that's what you get when all you care about is the financials every month... More

Beyond Impressed!!!! We were in a pinch but Blair and the Freedom Ford staff were there to save the day. In a day of age where the art of customer service seems to be lost We were in a pinch but Blair and the Freedom Ford staff were there to save the day. In a day of age where the art of customer service seems to be lost, this experience proved it still exists. With no appointment and a dead battery Blair got our vehicle in on a Saturday. Before we new it we had a new battery installed and were on our way to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Great job, keep it up!! More

Customer focused and informative We went in looking for a vehicle posted on the web for considerably less than we ended up paying. Apparently sold by the time we got there. They could at least show us the vehicle existed which is more than other dealers who had vehicles posted could do. Found this sales rep more interested in helping us find what we wanted or needed rather than meeting some other agenda - like selling us a new truck rather than one we could manage financially as we found with another dealer. Answered all our questions and made sure we had whatever information we asked for before we signed the final deal. More

Speedy and Painless After having issues at other Ford Dealerships throughout the city I was told that Freedom Ford was the place to go. My car was having sever transmissi After having issues at other Ford Dealerships throughout the city I was told that Freedom Ford was the place to go. My car was having sever transmission issues - needed new parts, and new programming. When I dropped my car off there was a shuttle available to take me all the way home (something that wasn't offered at a different dealerships service centre). I received a call from Blair saying that it was going to take a week to get the parts in to fix my car, but he offered me the option of a complimentary rental vehicle for the time it was in the shop. The next day I received a call, and everything was fixed!! The lovely gentleman driving the shuttle picked me up from my apartment and off we went. My car runs like new now, and I am so grateful that the repair process was such a seamless and stress-free experience ! I will be coming back (although I hope I won't have to) if my vehicle ever needs repairs again. More
