In for an Oil change, they discovered a leak in the oil pan As listed above, went in for an Oil change, they discovered a leak in the Oil pan and fixed me right up with no trouble and not too much time. Got it right, second time around F-150 serviced (routine prepaid maintenance) AND had them change my summer tires to winter set. The winter set (on their own rims) were marked as to i F-150 serviced (routine prepaid maintenance) AND had them change my summer tires to winter set. The winter set (on their own rims) were marked as to intended mounting location (front right, rear left, etc) in keeping with Ford's tire rotation guidelines. The services advisor's instructions were very clear on this as well. But when I picked up the truck at the end of the day, tires were mounted in random positions, AND the TPMS was not reset. I had to come back a second time so they could correct this. More
