We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful. It appears that the transmission service was covered under warranty but that a separate issue related to an aftermarket part was not eligible for warranty coverage. In any case, it would appear that we mishandled our communication with you, for which we apologize. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our customer service.
