I have purchased many vehicles from Freedom Ford fleet over the years with satisfaction second to none. This time it was my daughters turn to purchase a vehicle. She looked on Auto Trader & found a us over the years with satisfaction second to none. This time it was my daughters turn to purchase a vehicle. She looked on Auto Trader & found a used car at Freedom Ford. I stopped by to take a look at it for her. It was a great car for her so I got the pricing from Wilf & was satisfied with the amount, he then took it to his sales manager who told Wilf he discounted the price that morning. They passed the discount onto her purchase price saving my daughter several hundred dollars. They could have just took her money & we would never even known the price was reduced, but being the honest sales people they are the savings were passed on. I recommend Freedom Ford to anyone. I also have several friends who also feel the same as us from their experience with the sales team at Freedom Ford. More

He had no pressure to give when I walked away to digest the options and he followed up prompt after that with the further info I requested. As we began negotiating (on the first vehicle he suggested to me), he engaged his supervisor but fielded the negotiations maintaining courtesy and professionalism, and I feel I paid a fair price. Turned me over to Tim Dromarsky to complete the financing package. Tim was cheerful, professional and discussed all aspects understandably to me, the pedestrian. I remain happy with my purchase and will be returning to Freedom for subsequent vehicle needs. More
