Went to a couple different dealerships and the agents were not able to "capture" what we were looking for. Walked in with Daryl, within 15 min, he found us the exact vehicle that we had in mind. He was not a greasy sales guy and I honestly think he cared about our needs. He worked within our budget without prematurely trying to increase it on us. We were not planning on making a purchase that evening but we walked out with a new vehicle. We are extremely happy with Daryl as our sales rep! We also delt with John (the finance guy) excellent, knew his numbers and was excellent at explaining the benefits of the different warranties. Andre was quite helpful with finding the right vehicle and was quick to find answers to any questions we had. He's not pushy to make a sale, and he's up front about a vehicle's features, pricing, history, etc. I told him of the truck I was interested in that was available on the lot. We set up a time to test drive, and within a couple of hours of the appointment, we had a wicked deal written up on an awesome truck. We bought our trade from Freedom Ford, two and a half years prior. Our positive experience with the staff is definitely what brought us back, and we were not disappointed this time around, either. We will be back again for sure. More

Freedom Ford's used vehicle prices are consistently lower than other dealerships and they had a very good selection of low kilometre used vehicles to choose from. The sales people were all very helpful, and willing to help even if I was not their customer. Andre the sales person I dealt with was easy to deal with, he did not try to push things on me or tell me tha help even if I was not their customer. Andre the sales person I dealt with was easy to deal with, he did not try to push things on me or tell me that I had to take unwanted warranties or coverage unlike another dealership that lost the sale. There were a couple small issues with the vehicle, an over site on their part but they looked after properly and quickly.
