Andre Jespersen got back to me very quickly with my vehicle request. The vehicle that he showed me was exactly what I was looking for and he handled the deal with professionalism and most importantly a vehicle request. Jake and Wilf worked together as a team when we were looking for a vehicle and when one wasn't there to answer a question, the other one was. Really nice guys who were always pleasant, professional and looking for a vehicle and when one wasn't there to answer a question, the other one was. I came with a specific vehicle in mind, one that I had searched for at other Ford dealerships, but found them to be too pricey. Steve my salesman was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and not in the least searched for at other Ford dealerships, but found them to be too pricey. Steve my salesman was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and not in the least pushy. I was looking for the same type of car I was used to driving, because of the great economy. Once I purchased the car, Steve offered to drive my new vehicle out to Stony Plain, while I drove my old car of the same make and model. I drove the vehicle for about 2 weeks, only to find out, that it did not perform well in deep snow, at which time I contacted Steve who informed me that they had a new Ford Escape with low mileage, on the lot. Steve was very personable and didn't pressure me to make a quick decision. It has been a very pleasant experience. Especially since it's such a stressful purchase. I have and will be recommending this dealership and salesman to my friends. More
