Amazing Service & We Bought on the Spot! Bill knew we were considering looking for an Explorer Sporttrack which has been discontinued (bigger truck for work & family which we had before & enj Bill knew we were considering looking for an Explorer Sporttrack which has been discontinued (bigger truck for work & family which we had before & enjoyed because the Ford Ranger we have is great for work but too small for family & I'm a Ford fan) so when a used one came in, he called us to come have a peek. (Thank you, Bill!) We were approached by Jason who was extremely friendly and we discussed how great the Explorer is and he was helpful when we had questions but let us take our time having a look & he pulled the maintenance history of this particular truck. We were also approached by another salesperson in a friendly manner who asked if we had been helped or had any questions. We mentioned we just popped and Jason was helping us. Jason came back & remained helpful and invited us in for a coffee just to see what a payment structure would hypothetically look like so we thought why not just see. We desperately need a vehicle that will now fit the whole family & after some discussion we reached an agreement & my spouse initialled excitedly! (Usually not an impulse buyer or a fan of domestic vehicles) We met with Anna in Finance, figured out a payment structure that works for us & she'll be in touch in the next few days. The vehicle was spotless & beautifullly detailed when picked up. We are very happy with the purchase. My fiancé was happy with everything too and we'll be off to a great start, "Happy wife, happy life!" More

Finally a professional Ford Dealership in Edmonton Freedom Ford was awesome. First, I talked to Don Beckett over the phone regarding the price on Blue Ford Escape. He told me all of the promotions over the phone and never pressured me to make an immediate decision over the phone. He told me to think about it and take my time on it and call him when ready. Few weeks after my bad experience with Team Ford and few other dealerships, I took a detour to Freedom Ford and found Don. Immediately, we talked about what I was in market for and Don called his Manager , Ken to go over the numbers. Ken was all about full disclosure and really knowledgeable about the promotions that were going on. He told me how my car qualifies for a promotion which Team Ford apparently disqualified. I was so static to get $1,000 off immediately that I would have overpaid with Team Ford. He went further with giving additional discount on car along with a free car starter as well as exemption of documentation fee and immediately, we shook hands on a deal. I got way better options on my car at price of basic options. I was so happy. They took couple of days to roll the car out and I was so happy. Thanks Don Beckett/Ken/James for working on it patiently and diligently. You have made it easy. More

Roxanne A. is AWESOME!!! I contacted Freedom Ford via email, stating that I'd lost all confidence in Ford dealerships because of how I'd been treated at others in the past. Roxanne said she'd personally take care of me, and she absolutely did! She was right there to greet me when I dropped my vehicle off at Service, and she knew right away who I was. She had a rental car available to me ASAP, and she stayed in touch with me to let me know how things were proceeding. Due to a minor hiccup, I had to return to Freedom Ford the day after picking up my car, and even though she was supposed to be off of Customer Service duties for the day, Roxanne was right there offering to by me breakfast! She thanked me profusely for giving a Ford dealership another chance, and I won't hesitate to return to Freedom Ford for all of my future needs.
