Hi Kelly, I was sorry to read about your vehicle repair experience on Saturday. I was under the impression that we had done the right thing to help you in a difficult situation. Getting same day service for a warranty repair is certainly not the norm in this industry. Normal circumstances would've meant making an appointment for the following week. But because you were a recent customer and especially since you had been referred by your sister, we got you in and fixed the problem for you the same day. It sounds like you are upset that the wait was longer than you were told that it would be. I can assure you that the repair was done as fast as it could be done. I'm sorry that you had to wait. Perhaps it would've been better to have you leave the car and pick it up later. I really felt that we were doing the right thing by having it repaired immediately and I'm disappointed that you would characterise your experience as "terrible service." That certainly wasn't our intention. As you can see from the hundreds of positive reviews on this site, we really do try to satisfy our customers. I understand that sometimes it is hard to get a car fixed the same day and I am happy that they were able to do that for me. What I am upset about is the customer service of the person that helped me. At no time in the extra hour and a bit I had to wait did he come talk to me. He didn't have any car for the inconvience of the situation and he didn't do his job of tell me what was wrong and what was fixed. I had to ask. I am also upset that something broke within 3 days of buying the car. That doesn't really reassure me that I bought a good reliable car.

Unfortunately, parts failures are sometimes a part of vehicle ownership. As a dealership, all we can do is try to get the issue handled as quickly as possible when these situations occur. In this case, the customer called us on Saturday morning with an issue with her recently purchased used car. Despite it being the New Years weekend and with a skeleton staff, we rearranged some schedules and got the customer in right away. They ended up driving away with their car fixed that same afternoon. Did the repair take a couple hours? Yes, there is no way around that. It takes a certain amount of time to do the repair. We believe this customer was given excellent service. It is very disappointing to hear our efforts to help this customer being described as "terrible service."
