Negative into Positive Being recently divorced I was unable to keep up with my vehicle payments from a vehicle from a different dealership so I was looking for a vehicle tha Being recently divorced I was unable to keep up with my vehicle payments from a vehicle from a different dealership so I was looking for a vehicle that was not only cheaper on payments per month but cheaper on fuel. I had had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past most of them with GO Auto. I was a bit on the defensive coming to Freedom after having these bad experiences Mike Malik was the first one that I dealt with I was looking into getting into a good used vehicle I knew what I wanted it all depended on the dealership and salesman. Mike was awesome he listened to what my issues were and what I was wanting in a vehicle and found me the vehicle that I was looking for now it all depended on the finances. That is where Andre Jespersen came in he was able to get me a awesome trade in value on my previous vehicle and a really good deal on my new used vehicle. I picked up the vehicle all was good until the check engine light came on the second day. I phoned Andre and he was able to get into the service department and fixed on the same day and an added bonus no cost to me. Thank you Andre you have restored my faith in a Dealership I agree it is nice to see individuals at a dealership that take the time and effort to "make it right" I will definitely spread the word on how The Freedom Ford staff go the extra mile for a positive experience. Good ol' Roxy My journey with Roxanne began long ago. She has basically become my personal Ford hero and seems to know all the answers, well most of them anyway. I recently asked her about a strange looking mole on my upper back and to my dismay she informed me that I should probably see a doctor. While I was looking for more specific medical advice it turned out to be good advice nonetheless because it was actually a back nipple and needed immediate removal! She is also an amazing resource for fashion advice. Thanks to Roxanne I'm now the best dressed guy in the office and the ladies fight over me constantly! But back to the service related to my truck. Basically what I'm saying is that Roxanne knows her sh#t and is all over your service experience! For example, last week the low fuel light came on in my truck. I was like "whatever" and kept on driving. I drove for another hour or so and my truck completely died out of nowhere! I was out of town so I called a local shop and was told I probably blew my muffler bearings but he could get me in right away. I wanted a second opinion so I called Roxanne to see what she thought. Turns out she knew exactly what the problem was and I was rolling in no time! And that advice was offered free of charge! I'm not sure what more to say here. Great place, great trucks, great people, and fair pricing. That is all. More
