Well it's me again and yes not getting good service once again, my TPMS light came in when I put on my winter tire package I purchased with the new Kona EV I purchased last year, service told me to just bri again, my TPMS light came in when I put on my winter tire package I purchased with the new Kona EV I purchased last year, service told me to just bring it in so they can just clear the code which I know only takes minutes as I had this done last year, buddy at the service desk said nope, make an appointment as it takes an hour which I know that's not true as last year they cleared the code in minutes. That's the last straw with Fredericton Hyundai which sucks as they are the only dealer that works on the kona ev as I can't see myself driving to St John or Moncton to get my service done so it's an expensive learning experience but I'm done with Fredericton Hyundai so I'm forced to trade in my kona ev for something else so I don't have to deal with Hyundai ever again, maybe allev has something of interest. Thanks for the call back I didn't receive by the way Hyundai. Never deal with Fredericton Hyundai as customer service is not their strong suit. More

HATE is a strong word but not strong enough for these guys ! test drove a SUV , loads of features but wanted a different color- got a completely different SUV. Now all i can do it warn people. Service is awful if you have a problem. My Tucson stutters starting out( everytime) , fails to accelerate at crucial times , motor revs out randomly when driving and i was told there was nothing wrong with it Believe me , this is no exaggeration, it was painful to drive. Wouldn't drive another Hyundai if they gave it to me for free and this is the truth!! More

I am very upset with this dealership. I have a brand new vehicle and I like to maintain the service as per the manufacturer guidelines however every time I go for an oil change I am surprised with new requi vehicle and I like to maintain the service as per the manufacturer guidelines however every time I go for an oil change I am surprised with new required services and then crazy additional charges. I never get the truth from the beginning! I strongly DO NOT recommend going to this dealership for service at all!!! More
Service is always very slow and the customer service reps are less than friendly. Be prepared to research the service you really need because they will try to upsell you service that isn’t needed every reps are less than friendly.
