The problems we did have were upstream with the parent company FCA. Long delays on the build with no acceptable explanation, poor information flow to the dealer and lack of transparency and ownership. Delays are unavoidable, but the current status quo for communication and order tracking is unforgivable today. I can track a $6 pair of socks from Amazon, but cannot track a $60,000 custom ordered vehicle. More
