Every time I've dealt with this dealership I've had hassle. When I picked up the car they added additional fees and claimed they we're not able to remove them. I purchased a 2020 Rubicon for a almost $60k and every time I've dealt with the service dept they either lied, tried to charge me money or "forgot" to let me know the vehicle isn't ready for pick up. The steering on my brand new car wasn't right, wasn't even aligned, they tried to charge me to correct it with a few hundred KMs on it. They'll try to get you to sign a doc saying you'll have to pay if they aren't able to diagnose your vehicle, despite being under warranty. Since then I've dealt with Ensign in the city and they've helped with everything as part of the warranty. Way better service, I won't buy another Jeep while ever I live near this place. Avoid. More

I purchased a 2021 Rubicon from Foundation last year, and overall the buying process was a good one. Fawzi (my salesman) was professional and tried to act as my advocate. Once the deal was done, we were escorted into the back to talk about the extended warranty, and we were told by Gagan Gosal that it included all "services" for the duration of the term. My GF was with me, and she recalled the same wording being used "All services". To be clear, we were never given a brochure, or any other document that outlined the warranty, it was all written on a white piece of paper ...with that extra package was just under $5000. The point at which I needed more than an oil change, (34,000 KM and 12 months later). I was told my bill from the service department was going to be over $1100. Now I assured them my "package" covered that however apparently, it didn't. It was for oil changes and tire rotations only, and some extended warranty. I was livid. I had been blatantly lied to by Gagan, and ran it up through my salesman to the GM, and was promptly told I had "2 months" to cancel as per policy. Since I didn't know I had been lied to, until I needed it (who does 32,000 KM in 2 months) ... I will mark this up as incredibly deceptive practices by this dealership and would advise ANYONE to BEWARE of Gagan in the back, as he was not up front, and the management team there has done nothing to resolve the situation other that point me to policy. I'm disgusted by this company. I will never be returning and I will never recommend. More

Stay away! False advertising! Not honoring the deal you make over the phone! I tried purchasing a car still under full manufacturer warranty from them, agreed on a price over the phone and when I went to make over the phone! I tried purchasing a car still under full manufacturer warranty from them, agreed on a price over the phone and when I went to buy it I found that the car had an unreported accident with cracked and detached front bumper that they failed to mention (I ran CARFAX myself and it was reported clean with no accidents). Despite ignoring the damage and maintaining my initially agreed offer, they went back to the original listing price, refusing to budge, with some outrageous dealer fees like we never discussed or agreed on anything previously. Basically, all the time spent on the phone was only meant to lure you in and try to rip you off. Not even an apology. A waste of time and total lack of respect for customers. More
