I recently had a disappointing experience with Foster Kia when trading in my 2019 Kia Forte that I bought in the same place in 2022 for a new car in April 2024. I was initially promised a trade-in value of $ when trading in my 2019 Kia Forte that I bought in the same place in 2022 for a new car in April 2024. I was initially promised a trade-in value of $15,000 CAD for my vehicle. However, when the paperwork was finalized, I discovered that only $10,000 CAD was credited towards my new car purchase. Upon questioning this discrepancy, I was told by the representative that the remaining $5,000 CAD would be applied as a tax discount. Several months later, I realized that this discount was never applied. When I reached out to the dealership for clarification, they informed me that the $10,000 CAD was the actual market value of my car, which contradicted the initial agreement. The seller first told me that there was a discount on taxes and then told me that the value was what the market was saying, he contradicted himself all the time. I feel ripped off. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. The lack of transparency and follow-through on their promises is concerning, I feel scammed. More

If they want to sell some extra stuff, just be honest and sell it. The manager named Mohamed was so rude. He literally does not know how to talk to people. He thinks like he is boss of everyone. With the attitude he talks to customers is disgusting. I wish I never have to see that person again in my life. Please think hundred times before stepping into that dealership just because of Mohamed. More

I purchased a used kia soul in June as the promotion being a trio to Vegas and $99 down.. it all started with Jessica the financial advisor.. first I couldn't get no information about my intrest rate over the phone so I had to go into the office only to be told that there was an extra insurance package that TD claims I have to purchase which I declined , then after signing the documents I realized I was being charged an extra $4000 for third party add ons which weren't explained as optional. After numerous calls and yelling and another visit to the office I got it cancelled but this is after JESSICA lied to both the manager and myself. August 3 and just getting my vouchers for Vegas which am being told I have to pay the taxes for ..FOSTER KIA PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
