We were looking for a car, not necessarily a Kia, and decided to visit this dealership since we lived in the area.Marc Silverman(the manager) was there and provided us with all necessary information. We appreciated that we did not feel pressed to decide anything on the spot, we were not asked how much money we planned to spend, and other questions that bothered us in the past when we were looking for a car. We came back and decided to purchase a Kia Soul (2012) and this time we discussed the pice and everything in detail.The final price was even better than expected.Marc spent time after hours to finish the paper work that evening. They did not have the car in the colour we wanted and Marc promised to make it available in 1-2 days (from another dealership).The car was delivered on time. Again were were very impressed by this dealer's professionalism because he stayed again after hours to finish the delivery and to give us all the information we needed. This may sound like a normal thing to do for a dealer, but I have to mention the weather was horrible the day we picked up our car (june 01/2012, a Friday) and everybody was rushing home that afternoon. Marc spent again extra time to finish all the details of the delivery. Now that we put some mileage on the car (2 weekes) I can say that we are very happy with it(it is fuel efficient and it does its job like a "big car"). I would have never guessd that I'd buy a new car after talking with only one dealer(and we are picky about what we buy, especially when a lot of money is envolved). Overall an excellent deal because of a very good professional. More
