F150 recalls Took my 2017 F150 for factory recalls,door freezing/block heater wiring and seat belt pretensioner issues. Came home with the right front passenger d Took my 2017 F150 for factory recalls,door freezing/block heater wiring and seat belt pretensioner issues. Came home with the right front passenger door not opening from the outside,had to open the door from the inside,Once open the door would not close. Door match would not engaged to the close position. Called the service department and i was told to bring the car back next week since its already a friday After explaining my situation i was told to tie a rope or seat belt or have someone sit in the passengers side and hold the door closed,This is an advice from the service advisor... So I made it back to the dealership at 5pm 1 hr before they close and they have no Technician available since they all went home. Stewart the assistant service advisor then realized that its a serious safety issue and he said its a mechanical issue,cable inside the door,and it has nothing to do with the recall of the door freezing. Bottom line the technician did not connect the cable properly after. So please F150 owners be aware of this problems when you bring Ur truck in for factory recalls More
Took out a 2 yr lease for 2016 Ford F150....very happy I had a smooth seamless lease with formula Ford. Dealt with Damien and all was smooth sailing. I came into your service center today and was greeted by Kelly Keenan, who immediately guided me through the process and recommended the best package for me to ensure that my vehicle is working well.. she was very friendly and courteous. She called me when the work was finished and made sure I had way to get back to my vehicle. It was the best experience I’ve had when dealing with dealerships( in the past with other deleearship it wasn’t as pleasant.) I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone I know. Not trustworthy or reliable I bought a demo car and they kept claiming it was like a brand new car but it wasn’t. I recommend not purchasing your car from this dealer; customer service and car dealer are terrible, unreliable and untrustworthy. More
Worst Experience ever in buying a new Truck I was in the market to buy a NEW truck ( Ford F150 ) and this was going to be my 1st NEW purchase ever. So I went in to see the Internet Manager who h I was in the market to buy a NEW truck ( Ford F150 ) and this was going to be my 1st NEW purchase ever. So I went in to see the Internet Manager who had reached out to me since I submitted a web inquiry. So far so good. Now I scheduled a test drive on the week-end and went in. Damien showed me a truck for the liking and took me on a test ride. I liked the vehicle and was now ready to see what was in stock and what he could offer me. I had previously done some background research with Car Cost Canada and UnHaggle so knew what to basically get with how much I wanted to spend. Damien offered me the vehicle @ $49k WITH the 3 options I asked for "On the Road". I mentioned I had to review this offer with my spouse and get back to him during the week. He agreed. Two days later I made him an offer of $46k via e-mail detailing out the VIN etc and the options I asked for and if he could give it to me for that amount "Out the Door" or "On the Road" and he said YES, please come into the Dealership again and we would file the paperwork etc. Now this is when the insulting and Lies started. Firstly he blatantly told me, if you can't afford this truck for the asking price, then why am I even there. I over looked this comment. He then made a second comment stating my "BID" was far-fetched but he would still give it in to his Manager. Bottom line, they came back with $48K "On the Road" best price. So I walked away feeling that WHY would he even call me if he wasn't ready to accept my BID. Anyways, after a few days of combing the market and getting some prices and doing more homework, I found that cars were slim so I spoke to my spose and we decided to increase our budget to the $48k ask. So I called up Damien and asked him if the vehicle was still available at the $48k price. He promptly said YES, bring your credit card, and wallet and come back to the dealership. So I headed over there that very night. Damien printed out some documents and now told me to sign quickly on the dotted line making my offer of $48K. Thank my lucky stars, I looked at the document and asked where the 3 options were listed. He told me "Oh Yeah, NO OPTIONS INCLUDED NOW". I was just blown away. I asked him "Why did you call me back here if you were going to change things" and he just made a wicked smile and said "You didn't ask". If you want it, this is what you are going to get. I walked away. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND URGE PEOPLE NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE CUNNING FOLKS. More
Poor customer service I took my car for service the issue was with its transmission and clutch they called me back saying your car is ready for pick Up, the next day it bro I took my car for service the issue was with its transmission and clutch they called me back saying your car is ready for pick Up, the next day it brook again when I came back they were saying your out of warranty the warranty supposed to be 160000km on clutch I exceed 200km, anyways they give me ahead office No I called them they said our system is down we can't do anything right now give me your information I'll get back to you I'm still waiting they never called me, I don't know what to do, NO BODY CARES, I won't recommend anyone More

Poor Customer Service – Go Elsewhere On a number of occasions, I have experienced poor customer service from Formula Ford. They treated me like they don’t want or need my business. This last time I had to wait and wait while the Service Advisor sorted paperwork that had nothing to do with me. All I wanted was to make an appointment to bring my car in for service. So I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Considering they are in business I find they are rude to their customers. More
