Horrible customer service! They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple phone calls and multiple voicemails) they mentioned they will call me back (which they never did). Finally on the second day, they mentioned I “missed my appointment” when in fact they did not check the drop off box, and they were making out as it was my fault for missing an appointment. They mentioned they might be able to look at it at if they have time. My car was ready after two days at the end of the second day. To reiterate they had my car for over 35 hours. More

I ordered new tires and went to the dealership to have them put on. Big surprise-no tires. They managed to have someone pick them up and I returned later in the day. Got home -big surprise- not the tires them put on. Big surprise-no tires. They managed to have someone pick them up and I returned later in the day. Got home -big surprise- not the tires I had paid for 2 weeks earlier. Of course these ones were cheaper than what I paid for. Phoned back to talk to the parts advisor but of course had to leave a message. Now I have to take more time off work to have this rectified as Fish Creek Nissan doesn’t do loaners anymore. Just par for the course at this place. More
